I had very bad experience today with my appointment. The customer service manager Ryan Du was rude and did not check with Avi if I had appointment. He assumed me guilty and refused to check. Poor customer service. Aug 2023 it's even worst.with. Got to sell my stocks of TD. The
bank will not be doing good who ignore customers.

The fact this bank is still around is amazing.i went in to deposit money, i counted it, was $5400.i gave it to the person to count, he tells me its $5200, i say no, i counted it twice, its $5400, he goes to machine - same thing $5200.then his manager comes to count it and it was $5400.soo.what happens when you guys mess up, i loss $200? COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE DEPOSITING FOLKS. THE INCOMPETENCE OF THESE EMPLOYEES IS AMAZING

Went in to replace my debit card after having my ID stolen and the teller and the manager refused to accept my ID because it wasn't the exact same pieces of ID that I opened the account with. Very Petty.

Always excellent service. Always friendly staff and dressed sharply. Always clean. Always a pleasure. It's a bank, I always expect a few people in line. Never an issue for me. Appointments with Michelle are always a joy! Always thank an employee instead of complaining.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went to the bank on January 25th to make a simple withdrawal from my RRSP to offset some financial difficulties resulting from health issues. Was told it would be about 5 business days to get a check. Tomorrow is 10 business day and I'm still waiting. Nobody can tell me what the hold up is and no one seems to want to escalate the issue. In hindsight I should have withdrawn all my money and moved it to a bank where customer service is not a foreign concept.

NO STAR AT ALL. Messed up with my bank accounts on 2 different occasion! Second time I asked for the most experienced person to deal with with my home equity line of credit - even with that experienced person messed up again. NEVER go there with your mortgage and never trust them with your money! I would move my mortgage to another institution today if I don't have to pay penalty for breaking it! A couple more years until my renewal and never again! Customer care is the worst! They don't give a heck about you - wasting hours on the phone with them and they just kick you from one department to another, or disconnect you! Brought me to tears: - (! Just had a phone call from them today - they say it can be fixed, but will take a couple of weeks. What a joke! Way to much stress! Very sad!

I always get excellent service at this branch. The Tellers and the Managers are always very helpful. I find they have a lot of clients and still are able to keep the line moving. Recently there has been very little line up.

I also like their check in online system. It allows me to check the line up before I leave my house which is a 2 minute drive.

It also allows me to do other items in the mall while I am waiting for my turn to be let into the bank.

I visit this branch often and the staff here are great! I feel bad they have to deal with many bad customers, especially now during covid. When Im in line I hear complaints that have nothing to do with staff. I see a post from Pragnesh Shah and I feel bad they have to deal with liars. I recognize this person because I was stand in line behind him for appointment, he cut in ahead of people without check in, he didn't know who he was there to see and gave the name of someone who didn't work there then swear at the manager when he tried to help. Now he lie and blame the staff, don't listen to this liar, I think this branch is great I will bring all my family and friend here.

Worst customer service ever. For small services they said come with an appointment. I mean really who can took appointment for 5-10 min work.and they didn't give any immediate appointment.if you go there and they denied you give service they offer appointment earliest 1 week after. I mean common you are not only one bank in Canada. Pathetic customer service.

Very sad set up they have there. 2 people sitting in the hall being paid. And yet they try and get you to jump threw hoops.scan this send a text here.here is an idea. You wanna make it soo hard for people to get into the bank. Explain to me why we are paying service charges? I will definitely be looking into switching banks. Sad sad sad. Give us your money so you can do all your own banking. Lmao

Very inconsistent with the rules they enforce. One day you need to log in using a QR code. The next day they don’t follow the QR code system.

Waited over ten months to get line of credit, every time I call they tell me "oh yes you're approved just waiting to release the money" in the end they said no sorry you're not approved.
Bad. Managment, Bad mortgage brokers, Bad services,

Maybe instead of having an employee come out and ask the hundreds of people standing in line their names, you could use their salary to purchase chairs and put them out for those people. It is unacceptable to make someone stand for fifty eight minutes. It blows my mind that while some people are jobless and starving, this bank is paying people to do "busywork. "

Terrible service. Line-up at 10: 10 AM today was so long it took almost an hour to get in the branch. It was supposed to be seniors hour but there were people entering that were clearly not seniors despite there being 2 employees monitoring the line. Also, despite such a long line, there were only 4 tellers working with some booths vacant even though there were employees hanging signs (saying that the branch was closed on Canada Day) and other non necessary tasks - why does it take 2 employees to monitor the lineup?

Terrible branch. Disgusting customer service. If you're a white male that wears a suit, you'll be treated like gold there. Otherwise, please be aware of the discrimination at this branch. Ryan is one of the managers there, and he's egregiously arrogant. Belittling is an understatement on his behalf. Support another branch.

PLEASE READ. While waiting in line inside the branch I witnessed a manager being very rude to an elderly lady that was withdrawing a very large something of money. All the old lady wanted to do was have the manager recount the money because it’s such a large amount and the manager was so very rude to this poor old lady. She was talking to the old lady like a child in front of the whole branch. Speaking very loudly on purpose to get everybody’s attention. I felt so bad but I felt it wasn’t my place to say anything in fear of disrespecting the old lady. Also all I was trying to do was get some change turned to cash and I called ahead to make sure I didn’t have to roll the coins because it wasn’t much. The first thing the teller did was ask me to roll them and come back but I told him I called and he wanted the name of the person I spoke to but I didn’t remember it. He then handed me roll papers I preceded to try to roll them quickly but he took over and was very rude to me and my girlfriend. We finally got our money after an hour line wait, and 20 minutes with the teller. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened and if all this can happen so often I don’t understand how this place can have such terrible staff.

After 35 years with Canada trust i had to leave this financial institution due to poor service and uncompetitive mortgage rates.

Delays in mortgage negotiations resulted in me paying hundreds of dollars in additional interest due to my mortgage auto renewing.

I'm completely disgusted with this company. Never again TD.

For those having similar issues, I'd highly recommend BMO. What a breath of fresh air
after this nightmare with TD.

Alessandra or Alexandra (sp?) branch manager absolutely disgusting customer service. Your VP should be having a team meeting with you to discuss and review your performance and how you treat customers and problem solve. You spoke overtop of customers and asked someone if they wanted a hold on a cheque when they were trying to access their funds? Do you not have common banking knowledge? How did you become a branch manager, you shouldn’t even be an employee at a hotdog stand. Aquire a new job as soon as you can because as technology advances you will soon be replaced with superior ATM’s and online banking due to your lack of intelligence and customer service.

Condescending receptionist, and a wait in line seem to be par for the course at this location. The renovations look good though. There is limited business I choose to conduct with TD. That amount is dwindling as they continue to send junk mail and call me to advertise. Credit unions are better anyway
