Worst customer service of (2300 steels) I recommended more than 5 friends of mine to open account in TD but now no more.

Business owner here, who had and has many accounts in TD, however, recently I needed to open a new account for another business, and imagine that everything now is via phone, you can not open a business account at the branch. -THIS IS INSANE. The TD president is thinking normal or he is just an uneducated entrepreneur- who cares for his pocket, with nowaday situation when we have so many scams by phone we business owners need to give all our information by phone -Imagine how stupid must be, this is how they will lose their clients- because in my case I will transfer all my accounts out of TD-and all my family will do the same. Long story short, yesterday I had an appointment by phone regarding the new business account, At 3 pm (August 28) I had a call from TD assistant, and obviously, I did not agree to give my information by phone. I asked to do it in person, and she assured me that she would take care to able to go to the branch and open the new account she gave me an appointment for Tuesday, August  29,2023, at 3 p.m. Here is happening as soon as I closed down the phone with Cristin the Td assistant, 10 minutes later I was called by the same number which I was called by Cristine, -just this time was not Cristin anymore, was a guy telling me that I have a big transaction in my account and I need to confirm-obviously, I got that was a scam.and this is what happened yesterday, and after that they told us to give all the information by phone? (I have a screenshot of the missed calls, which I showed to the guy today at the bank) On August 29,2023, I left my work I went to the bank and imagined, the guy who I got an appointment with told me he does not work with business at all, and he couldn't do it.and I lost my time for nothing. Very disappointed, even 1 star does not deserve this kind of service.

This rating is for their commercial part - absolutely no service from those people, one 2 different occasions.

I recently went to this TD bank location and had to wait an hour. Very inefficient staff including the branch manager. Every single transaction was done by two or three staff together. No one could do anything on their own. Manager just sat quietly on her desk while there was a line up of people waiting patiently for an hour. Ridiculous experience. They work as though they are union workers. Or maybe they have collectively decided to work slowly.
I complained to one staff lady and she just said that it is nature of their work.
Very frustrating indeed.

One of the staff, an older woman, did not catch her name, needs to work on her customer service. Younger staff person who assisted me was helpful, shout out to them.

Unacceptable service. Unresponsive to calls and emails, from associates to managers. In-branch the staff will make you wait while they openly socialize with each other. Find another branch.you've been warned!

No way! I was treated with respect by real professional skilled employees. Also for my personal banking and business! Any question, I got answers and.job done! And this is happening about 6 months already. Thank you!

Please stay away from this branch. They make lots of mistakes. Staffs are unprofessional. I've never had any bad experience with any other TD branch except this one. It's close to York university, that's why I go there, and every single time something went wrong, unbelievable!

Long line up! Only 2-3 counter opens and 10-12 people waiting in line. They need to understand importance of other people’s time.

Poor Customer Service. Very unprofessional staff. I have been a client with TD for 5+ years, and I am not impressed at all. Avoid this branch in North York. As a TD customer I know what TD standards are and let me tell you this is not it.

Poor service. Spent 45 minutes waiting to see a teller. I was 2nd person in line. Unbelievably slow. Worst TD I have ever been to. Strange they had 4 tellers on.yet. 3 bank employees socializing at the front of the bank.

Hard to recommend. Puts the TD brand to shame, in my opinion. Long lines, not enough staff, poor customer service. If you're looking for service beyond an ATM consider another branch.

Bad customer service. The staffs really take their times to do their jobs no matter how long the line was. I wonder if they get underpaid? They seem to take forever to get things done. Beyond that, no business line. I have no choice to visit this branch since the Keele/Finch location was closed.

Bad service.sloppy service. Long line ups. Only 2 to 3 wickets open when 15 to 20 people in line to be served, no separate business counter, Doesnt matter what time of week or day you visit. As a business owner not convenient at all. Even the customer service desk had an empty chair. No one customer looked happy in the painful line up.
Been with TD for 19 yrs now. They are the only bank that declined my mortgage application with an 840 credit score! 30% down payment. When both CIBC and Scotia bank got me an approval. TIME FOR A MOVE. I recommend Scotia bank. I will be moving all my business accounts and personal accounts to Scotia bank.

The staff is really helpful despite they couldn't solve my problem. They tried and did everything and beyond.

Under staffed, always a long line & at the busiest time they have 2 people serving everyone! Horrible!
