The branch itself and the people who work here are great and i've been a very happy TD user since 2016. I do have a serious safety concerns involving the ATMs.
Every single time I go to deposit money at these ATMs I am confronted by a homeless person taking shelter at these ATMs. It makes me feel very unsafe carrying large amount of cash near someone I do not trust. Wish there was more security: (

Service at this branch was absolutely amazing! Benjamin Walker provided incredible customer service while helping me setup my parents bank account. He was patient, warm and very knowledgeable. TD is very lucky to have a representative like Benjamin on their team. Thank you so much Benjamin!

For context I’ve had accounts with TD since 2018. Never had a check bounce or anything negative on my account. I have monthly expenses of over $5k coming out from my account.

Deposited a check Feb 17th. Teller and manager didn’t want to release any funds, which has never happened before. After having my usual amount released, the teller and manager informed me it would be 15 days on the remainder of the funds to clear. (Never happened with with any other checks I’ve deposited). When I asked what the difference was I was told it’s because I don’t have checks deposited from this account previously. I then showed them 3 deposits over the last several months and his claim was well the amount is different. It was a $2,000 difference.

This check went from the original 15 days, to 15 business day, to taking over a month to clear. I went back to speak to a different branch manager, and she was the worst. Did nothing to assist or provide a solution. When I consistently asked about the situation, she offered to release the funds on Saturday before it was set to release on Monday March 20th. I was told it’s a computer error and that couldn’t be done either.

The worst part about all this, is that the check cleared and was held by TD from Feb 27, and the funds weren’t release to me until March, 20th.

I have filed a complaint over 30 days and haven’t had any response. No one has reached out.

It's the worst bank ever they make you wait for hours they act like they care about you but they don't they are time wasters

I've been a customer with td for almost 30 years. Went in 7 weeks ago to take some equity out of my home to do some renovations. Week after week with nothing but excuses why it wasn't approved, the advisor that told me every time it was approved and to be patient.
I'm very disappointed in my treatment this time, and after being a loyal customer for as long as I have. This type of treatment should never happen. I guess loyalty is gone now a days.

Have not had a cheque held in years this bank not only held my cheque but made me feel as if I was doing something wrong I will be closing my account with TD due to the service at this location today and choosing a bank that allows me to cash my pay cheque

Pethetic, yesterday i went there the lady who was serving me was a racist one, i asked for closing my deposit box and she started that i have to pau 100$ cause i lost my key, though i was given one key, she asked another person whom i assume was the manager and she said i have to pay 50$ for a lost key, seriously lady? ! Are you trying to serve me or rob me, i would never visit this branch again.seriously if you want people to come to you raise your standards and try to teach your empolyees good cause you seriously lost a customer on that.

I have visited this branch the other day to resolve rather a complicated matter and I met with Nathalia. Nathalia did an amazing job and did everything to help me until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Kudos for TD for hiring professional, smart, and hard working people like her. We were disappointed by our experience at this bank. The teller was unprofessional and did not respect our privacy. We would also have appreciated faster service.

Staff are rude I understand we are in a pandemic but for crying out loud it’s none of your business why I want to take my money out. Second if your going to reduce your hours close branches and reduce staffing why don’t you reduce our bank fees you bunch of bandits. Greedy banks screwing everyone over. Also why does this branch quote me a full 1 percent more when I needed to renew my mortgage and my old branch in Toronto saved me a lot of money and was 1 percent cheaper. Bandits. Planning on moving all my personal and business to another bank which has quoted me better rates and service.

Never had an issue. Always easy to work with. Not sure why people are complaining about customer service though. I think they just had a bad day and couldn't have it their way when they want.

When I called they told me to come in to the branch and advised me on the phone to close out my accounts beforehand (I was transferring everything) on an ACTIVE business. Horrible customer service wouldn't let a cheque through even though they said they would prior funds would be on hold. Highly dont recommend this branch, manager needs to be better educated.

THE REASON AS TO WHY THEIR REVIEWS ARE SOOOOO BAD WILL BE EVIDENT BY SIMPLY WALKING IN AND TALKING TO THEM

Branch managers and their customer reps definetly need to be educated

I've been a TD customer for many years and this branch is my favourite for customer service. Some people at this branch are nice, but others don't acknowledge me at all. I would like to address amazing customer service from Arsh. She is very nice, very helpful and goes above and beyond with making customers feel welcome. TD you should have more associates like Arsh! These days life is very stressful and we need more people who care about customers like Arsh.

Terrible branch and horrible staff. Tried to cash an old misplaced Government cheque which I found years later. They refused. Being ignorant and misinformed they said they expire within 6 months. What a load horse dung. Unbeknownst to them, government cheques DO NOT expire. I went ahead and called CRA and the kind lady at CRA flat out said that what the branch did was wrong and they have been grosely misinformed. The cheque could be dated from 1972 and it would still be valid. Those were the words straight from the CRA agent. As well, I have been told many years ago from another financial institution that the white and yellow cheques can be cashed anywhere at any financial institution. Which is why I didn't think it would be any issues to cash a Government cheque misplaced many years ago. Well, the "Karen" boss at this TD branch decided to make up her own rules and deny services that didn't fit inside her rules. So I wasted 40min.at this branch for nothing. I didn't want to argue with them at the branch so I kindly said I will give CRA a call. Well, turns out I was right all along and these very people holding our money at the branch were completely wrong. The staff and management need more training. It's dreadful that I have to deal with these jerks since I moved across town. I mostly used the Stanley Park branch as that was where I used to live and that branch never gave me issues whatsoever. This Manitou & Fairway branch is ran by a bunch of "Karens" and will only provide service to you by their own made-up rules. I probably would have been better off using the ATM than having to deal with the jerks behind the counter. Use another branch if you need to see a teller.

The most wonderful and fantastic branch that I had. I know one men manager named Andre and a women named Jaclyn. Both are pretty helpful. This is also my home branch too. Like the service. Would have rated 5 stars more.

Horrible customer service by Tiffany, one of the managers, rude and thinks she better then people, if this wasn't the only branch open I wouldn't be going there stay away from his bank at all cost.

Just came back from this Brand new location and the automatic door buttons windows and such are filthy. I asked the lady who was letting employees and such out when do they clean this stuff. During a pandemic they only clean once a day. Wake up and clean your stuff.

Terrible customer service,
Every time I go into this location whether its for getting quarters, or its for depositing a cheque, I am hounded with questions.
Today I had the door slammed in my face by one of your staff at 3: 59pm after waiting in line outside in the cold. All I wanted was some quarters so I can do laundry. I am a essential worker, working in the Groves Memorial Hospital in fergus. I left work early so I could get quarters. Fergus location is closed to the public.
Your staff are disgraceful!

Superb service! I was greeted with a big smile and a very warm “good morning” from Becca, the young lady working at the front desk this particular day. She was super helpful answering all of my questions and opening up an additional account. I left the branch feeling good knowing that my banking needs were met. I will most definitely be coming back to this branch from now on:)

Worst branch ever no one answers the phone. Had to wait over 30 minutes after dialing like 20 numbers. If something urgent happens and you call there, you're doomed. Better die.

Terrible customer service. Went in to have an account opened, the guy didn't open the kind of account I wanted, he opened a TFSA in my name because that's what you pay him a commission to open. TERRIBLE service.

Terrible service. They made me feel like a criminal for depositing cheques because this was not the usual branch I go to. The teller was extremely rude.
