Staff is not well trained to support customer request and creates new problems for you.also staff is not willing to help each other if one doesn’t know what to do.

I wanted to share my amazing experience at this TD Canada Trust branch. I went into this branch today to open a bank account I already had but had stopped using for over a year. I had been serviced at the bank teller area, which is where is was welcomed by Ali he was friendly and honestly went above and beyond to get my account back open help me solve my overdraft balance issues and also assisted me with getting money back into this account. He took the time to explain everything in great detail including the account I was signing up for, how much monthly account fees would be etc. Ail and his manager (who I didn't get the name of but wish I did) made me truly feel like they cared about my needs and concerns. I'd like to thank Ali and staff for making my experience with this td branch one I will not forget, I won't go anywhere else!

Cameron De Costa seriously rocks! He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in helping me solve many problems in 1 just visits. I am so happy with the service provided.

Literally the worst experience I've had at any branch of any bank. This was my first time at this location, to settle my father's estate as he passed away a few weeks ago. Our financial planner (at another branch) setup an appointment explaining all the details and sensitivity of the appointment. Once we arrived, no one knew what our appointment was for, as it had been passed along to multiple associates. Once we got into the appointment with (Mani) he proceeded to literally sit in a room with us for 40 mins listening to call waiting for something he had to confirm with their back office. We spoke to the Brand Manager who offered little to no support or understanding of the situation. After all that we left with nothing being resolved. My dad was a TD customer for 20 years and I can't believe this is the way that TD chooses to treat loyalty.

I’ve been a customer at this branch since 2012 and was never dissatisfied until today when I was dealing with Latisha for a regular cash withdrawal and accessing my SDP. She had a an attitude and was very rude! Made me wait 18min outside the vault holding my SDP until she can let me back and return it. And finally there was no apology or explanation to why I wasn’t served the way customers should be!

At least this Branch has a smart branch manager, unlike Meadowvale. Meadowvale has a
Pre historic creature as a Bm and should of went to extinction with the dinosaurs. If Sandy were to have a poker game with a crow the crow would win! She gave me the worse advice ever.

I rarely go into branches, but when I do I expect excellent customer service (especially since that's what TD prides itself on). Banking is a personal experience, therefore the tellers should make the experience welcoming and easy.

My teller was not friendly, and made no effort to go "above and beyond", I will never return to this location, and I'm considering closing my TD accounts since this has been a consistent problem at this location.

My complaint is about one of their financial advisor who refused to help me and lied straight to my face. He refused to transfer my rrsp funds from Scotiabank to my TD waterhouse account after I pulled out my scotiabank statement electronically. He said there was not enough time.i had 10-15 minutes left and told me to re-book at a later time. I had done this in the past in other branches, and they finish getting funds transferred from my other rrsp acounts to my waterhouse account within 15 minutes.which included signing papers and printing them. Also, all I had to do was show my RRSP account number of where I want to transfer my funds from.

I felt very disrespected by being lied to and being refused to offer services. I ALWAYS have great customer service with TD in other branches. Unfortunately, I had to book at this branch because it is the most convenient location for me at the time. I called the TD complaint line and told me to go through Step 1, which is to email or call the branch manager. I hope it gets resolved. Email sent.
