TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Had a problem with my phone code. Asked three different clerks about my problem but none succeeded. Later on, on my third time on the line. I overheard a black lady say, “he cannot stay here long” - In front of me while I was being served. I had strange glances when I left the branch from a few ladies who wore glasses. I called the main office initially and they told me a TD branch should be able to fix my problem, I am left confused and mistreated.

This branch is a pain in my rear end. I had a precious metal (silver) coin shipped here because it is close to where I am staying, and brought a passport as ID for pickup. Official government issued ID taken everywhere else I need ID. They refused to give me my coin because the passport wasn't on file as ID, when its CLEARLY government issued PHOTO ID. Their excuse was "they needed to protect" my account and the coin. Note, I've used my passport as valid ID at other branches without issues. Now I need to get my birth certificate (obviously no photo) or SIN card (still no photo) because that's what I opened my bank with when I was a teenager. Holy jumpins. Avoid this place if you can help it.

I don’t know why this branch has so many bad reviews. I made an appointment and went there today. Met with a very friendly person named Ivy, she helped me understand everything and answered all my questions. Didn’t see any bad behavior or delays in my work or others that came at the same time.

Give me the reasons why the amazon hub is indoor. I have no idea when you will close, like today.

Always busy and lineups. Too few tellers. Not friendliest. There's drive thru atm and sometimes lined up too.

The bank gives life insurance for another company. Called TD insurance (not related to the bank). For commission purpose. Now I want to cancel this life insurance form my Morgage. They delaying everything and the lady from insurance TD. Her name Huba. Speaking rude all the times. This is is not a financial institution at all. I don’t know with whom I should contact.

Went today to purchase some cheques. Marshal was a big help and saved me a bunch of money in the process

I had a debit card or account lock issue, I called the number I was given 4 times and all 4 times I've been on hold for 40 minutes to an hour. Now I understand the world is going through a crisis currently, but at the same time don't offer me the same damn number to call for the fifth time and see the same result. Hour wait once more but this time in THEIR bank. It's sad to see the front help desk with the hostess (I believe) Helped WAY more than the clerk. She called a number she knew and INSTANTLY got someone on the line and we resolved the issue under 10 minutes. She went out of her way and helped.stepped in when others did nothing but give bad advise. They wanna rush you out nothing more. Thanks for nothing TD Clerks and thank you to the female working that day and I apologize if I seemed rude to you. 2 Stars for the bank. 5 STARS For the Young Lady that helped.

I went here twice, both times to pick up an Amazon order, and also to get US currency. A lady at the desk was welcoming everyone who entered, and it was very easy and quick to get my order from the lockers. I’m not with TD bank, nor have any affiliation with them. The staff whom I spoke to was polite and did his job in converting my CAD to USD cash. (Heck, I think their currency rate interest is less than the bank I’m with now!) I don’t know too much about their services, but I can say that picking up orders here is easy and staff that I encountered here are friendly and knows what they’re doing.

I visited the branch with my parents for their accounts issue. The lady at the info desk was helping us patiently calling almost half hour to solve the issue.

I went there yesterday and I asked for a reason why my Visa card was not working eventhough I paid the balance and the costumer service who was sitting in front of the door behind the desk talked to me in a mean way and told me that I don't know how to use my card. I don't understand those people, I have been using the cards for ages and in Canada for five years and the sudden someone came to me to say oh you don't how to use, what do you mean? Anyway I cannot judge everyone who works there because they are so kind and helpful except her.
