Always lines of customers, and staff behind tellers always standing doing nothing. This branch needs better management that knows or needs to take classes on CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor customer service: opened a student account for my son but got the roundabouts (2x on the phone, & 1 in person) to redeem the $100 Amazon card.
I closed the account ASAP and move to Scotibank!
Contemplating on moving ALL of my accounts.

I applied to open an account.
I am a newcomer to Canada.
The service provided was very wonderful. The employees were very understanding since I do not speak English well.
The best thing is that there are employees who speak Arabic.
It was very easy. The employee, Sarah, was very friendly and wonderful, and the employee, Mehar, was very nice.

I have been with TD for at least 20+ years. The ONLY reason was the amazing customer service that was provided back then.
Fast forward to now, there is NO better customer service out there than this Branch! EVERY single person I have contacted has gone WAY beyond to help out. All financial institutions should learn from the staff at Creditview and Britannia TD branch!
This includes managers from Angela, Elena, Nasir Nasir and front desk staff!

THE WORST SERVICE AVAILABLE! EMPLOYEES DON’T KNOW ANYTHING!

had multiple accounts opened at this branch with being eligible for a small safety deposit box, after 2 years they are telling me that I HAVE TO go and ask around ALL of the TD branches if any safety deposit box is available?

This is RIDICULOUS! I WISH IF I CAN GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nas at the counter today. I requested for him to rush the process due to me being in a rush. Nas offered to transact for me and call me back later in the day with an update. I left the bank and within 15 mins my work was complete and i was called by him to confirm- Very rare that anyone at a bank follows up so fast these days. Thank you!

First when read other reviews about this branch, 6051 Creditview, wondered what can be so bad, today had appointment to invest in GICs, even after 15 minutes of appointment, no one bothered to ask, why are you here, when i was leaving a young man with laptop in had asked me did you get help? I told him about appointment and left.just got email your appointment is cancelled as requested.lol

I have only been to this branch twice but I felt compelled to write a review to share my experiences. I was served by Jeremie both times when I was there. He consistently provided very efficient, polite, and professional service during my two visits to this branch. Other people writing reviews seemed to have a different opinion of this branch. But based on my personal experiences with Jeremie, I have a very good impression of the customer service on this branch. I have been to other TD Canada Trust branches and the customer service on this branch is definitely much better in my opinion.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this branch with multiple accounts … however the amount of grief that is given when trying to simply deposit cheques is mind boggling. 8 months ago this branch was lovely to come into. Now it’s a building that screams despair.

I've been with TD for over 20 years & the Credit Valley plaza location has deteriorated in service. I cringe on the rare occasions I have to visit in-person due to necessity. Example: I have visited twice in the last week to pick up a credit card that was mailed there 3 weeks ago (according to fraud services, it was sent March 14) but no-one knew where to look, rummaged through some drawers, was dismissive, a teller "guaranteed" it wasn't there since I didn't get a phone call without even looking, a manager who sat 3 feet in front of me spoke to the associate referring to me in the 3rd person without making eye contact. & finally after waiting 30 minutes I was told to go home & call to make sure it was sent to the right branch. I have called to confirm that the card that was sent to this branch on March 14, and now have to wait another 7-10 business days for yet another replacement. Good thing I have other credit cards from competitor banks. Don't hire those who do not wish to be customer-facing, or who think they are too good for the job. Your SOPs may be in place, but no-one in the branch seems to care or stay long enough to follow them.

I recently went to this branch to help me with a time sensitive issue regarding documents I required for a personal issue.
The staff went out of their way to help me, I realized after that I had the wrong account printed up. I then went back to the bank and they were more than happy to help me rectify the situation.
The staff made my stressful day much easier to get through.

Had my car loan with Td, paid it out early and a chq was given for my last payment, they cashed the chq and still tried to take out the full amount from my account twice. I called and complained, went to my local branch and they agreed it was an error on the banks part. She said they will return my nsf charges since they made the mistake but had to be the branch that deposited the chq. Never sent it. I called and drove there twice but nothing was done and very rude about it. Told her it felt like I got my car loan from money mart not large bank. It's a small amount of money but it's the principal. Seems they make these mistakes a lot and if they keep fixing them and someone checks their performance they would all get fired so better to not fix anything and let everyone hate this bank. Very unprofessional and poor management in this branch.

Had an excellent experience, Sylvia helped me a lot with helping me setup an account for my son and get me with an financial advisor on a short notice. From there Waiz and assistant branch Paula were amazing on explaining and setting me up with a mutual fund account. Thanks a lot and see you again!

Unprofessional service, and Irresponsible, paid my mom‘s property tax to wrong roll number by the teller's mistake, wont correct the mistake before the due date, waited almost a month problem still not be solved.and the altitude was so bad, told me that give me two options: 1, call the city transfer the money to the correct roll number (which is not possible at all) 2, return the money back to the account and pay again (which will past the due date). None of the option can solve my problem.

I was in the area and decided to go to this location instead of my regular location due to convenience.
My experience with this branch was anything but convenient. Most, if not all other branches have been using the queue system. This branch completely disregards it.

I queued up like I regularly would yet I was informed I would still have the wait in the line despite pre-queueing. The teller I got happened to be the customer service manager and I brought this up to her attention. She could not give me any concrete answer as to why they weren’t using the queue system. She said that they were unstaffed which I find funny as there were three employees at the front chit-chatting with each other.

I highly regret my decision on visiting this branch. Its clear that employees don’t value their clients time and there’s no sense of direction to be had even with management. Steer clear and visit another location.

Such bad workers there. Every single time I go there asking for help, the workers there tell me it's too much work for them and they give me an option that is quick and easy for them but costs ME money in the long run. These experiences are making me switch banks because workers are careless

Worst experience ever, can't even send a simple wire, had to come three times, manager Curtis absolutely horrible, not one bit of customer service, charged twice for a mistake, wouldn't refund, time to change banks, won't recommend anybody

The disrespect this branch has to their td customers is crazy. I've been with td for 7 years and they are always finding ways to push me off and finding ways so they can make the most money out of me. I went in for a simple appointment of switching my mutual funds and direct investing and it wasn't even done correctly. I'm also very disappointed in the branch manager trying to make money off a loyal customer by not giving the mutual fund I requested, she ended up switching me to a mutual fund I had no knowledge of and the bank ends up taking big big cut out of it. I expected more out of this branch and a little more respect. Never go to amaani or any advisor here, I'm moving to scotia bank 100%.

Staff went above and beyond to help. Aside from regular banking, the staff helped send and receive some documents I needed faxed to complete a car sale. Covid protocols are all being maintained and its nice to see the building is environmentally friendly.

Worst Branch and worst branch manager - I had been banking with TD and they have tendency to send their customers on a goose chase.with the current COVID pandemic, I reached out to the branch on a specific problem, the branch manager said she can't help and only easy line can help, after waiting for several hours the easyline person said only the branch and branch manager can make an exception. I got both of them on the line and finally They couldn't solve the problem and had me to solve the issue with someone else. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE.

I would give this a 0-star if possible. My mom started a TFSA mutual fund account a few months back. Due to recent events, she wanted to put a hold on her automatic deposit into the TFSA account. She issued a stop back in early March, however a deposit still went through later that week. She went back to the bank a second time to see why the automatic deposit wasn't stopped.
She did not get an adequate answer, but the advisor/manager "promised" no further deposits would go through. Lo and Behold, earlier this month, yet another deposit went through.
She went back for a third time, and the advisor she spoke with was extremely rude and impatient. The advisor insinuated that the fault was not on TD's side.
The sheer magnitude of the incompetence of these clowns is incomprehensible.

I went to TD to open a checking account with Curtis Menon. I came in there expecting just a quick meeting about opening up my checking account but he did more than that he went out of his way to give me a lot of ideas to save money help me open 3 savings account so I can budget everything. I had a great time dealing with Curtis he was a huge help and I highly recommend him for your financial needs with TD Bank

Horrible experience! Just came home from the branch after being turned away! Maybe my shoes weren't fancy enough? Was told their too buys, to go to another branch or make an appointment. If anyone from TD cares, please get in touch with me for more info. Avoid this branch! Nasty customer service!

Friendly but incompetent pretty much summarizes most of the financial "advisors". I had opened a TFSA, RRSP and RESP accounts on separate occasions and each time there was something missed, forgotten or not sent where it should have been. TD needs to better train their staff or hire more competent people. In comparison, I decided to open a wealthsimple account and it took me 5 minutes in a mobile app and it all worked smoothly vs having to spend 30 minutes in person and still not getting what I needed (which in my case was dead simple - opening accounts). Very disappointed. While I have still have some accounts with TD I could see myself moving to the newer, quicker, more effective and efficient platforms such as Wealthsimple.

Unbelievably stupid staff. Constantly has newbie employees that mess up deposits or put unnecessary hold on cheques without disclosing to customer. As a medical professional would never recommend this bank and moving all accounts to another financial institution.

Terrible Customer Service! “Manager” and staff are not properly educated in Policy and Procedures. Hard to build a “relationship” at a branch when they turn over the staff so quickly. The aesthetics of the branch do not compensate for the Managers incompetence.
