Literally witnessed them do mental gymastics making up stuff on the spot to not give me service saying my account had fraud status when it didn’t then switching up asking for two pieces of ID but it never being good enough. People over the phone even said it was extra what they were doing but it’s up to the branch. I see why theres so few stars at this branch. Trash customer service. Been with TD my whole life but this experience was the most messed up. Literally made up policies on the spot and lied about my account being fraud just to not serve me sayin it’s a TD thing when it’s not. I repeat, literally made up things on the spot switching up mid sentence.damn.everyone is better off going somewhere else. Wayne Liu, your branch has some funny employees.

The worst branch ever people who work their so rude and never answer questions and so slow, not organized at all. Never go back again.

I would like to thank Jaspreet as he helped with excellent customer service, my doubts were solved and he explained me in very friendly and simple language and he is very knowledgeable and respectful. Thanks a ton!

I have made many visits to this branch over the years and had a great experience interacting with tellers at the branch overall.

I made a recent visit to the ATM machine outside of their branch hours in the morning (approx 30 min before opening) and did not feel safe. There was an individual standing outside of the building seemingly waiting on people to go into the bank to use the ATM machine. The individual then also followed into the building and camped out behind until I left the building, seemingly with intentions to ask for money.
Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident as something similar has occurred before at this location. I always try to practice basic safety measures while using the machines, but will be reconsider coming to this branch for all my banking needs.

This branch manager refused to let me withdraw money from my checking account and when I requested to talk to him he refused to come out of his office, third class management

My husband and I came for some transactions to the teller, three tellers were serving clients (long line up), employees were too slow to solve problems from clients, and background sound is so loud that everyone was screaming.

Went to this branch many times in the last one year. Worst service I have ever experienced. Once a teller said about the certified cheque that it is going to be on hold. The reason she said is: "The account may not have enough fund to clear it. "

Zero star. Even the manager does not bother to talk to the clients, when needed.
TD needs to consider to change the staffs to keep their good reputation.
I am a TD business customer for more than a decades with multiple business accounts.

Manager is extremely rude and provides the WRONG information. Poor attitude and decides to raise her voice. When questioned about anything innocent she decides to get angry, ignornant to the issue, defensive and irate if she does not know the answer. She made me feel like I was scrutinized and crimilized for sending a wire transfer. I needed help with the formatting of the account number and she couldn't provide any information on how account numbers for wire transfers are sequenced (whether transit number or institution number comes first) and decides to inform me that it changes dynamically. In her words, sometimes transit number comes first and sometimes it comes second. She confidently informed me this which makes no sense at all. I couldn't even be provided an email receipt for my large wire transfer. Extremely interpersonal and needs further coaching.

I use to like going to this location but they hired a new staff thats is clearly incompetent. I asked to remove a feature from my account but failed to do so, leaving me having to go back to get it removed once again. I gave them very clear instructions but the teller was unable to comprehend simple instructions to removed one simple feature from my account. I expressed my concern about this and verified it was removed to ensure I would not have to go back in person but they did not understand that. Its disappointing to have experience this especially when you vocalize your concern to the teller you are directly speaking to and they simply dismiss your issues and fail to do the one task you ask them to do.

I have been to this branch for the last 25 years and been having a great customer service and each time i have any problems the manager Vino always helps me out, she goes above her way to be sweet and courteous to me and my child with out banking needs. TD needs more people like her! - Lorraine

Big line up. I waited 30 min to deposit my pay check. There was at least 4 other people that could help out to clear the line but didn't. Breaks should be covered as well. Never going back, management sucks, support your front line!

Been here twice, both times recieved terrible customer service and no help. All I wanted to do was simply activate a card and deposit money into my savings account I created online. The staff there had no idea what they were doing and it got to the point where I just told them to cancel the whole account and I left the branch. Glad I didn't continue doing business with them.

Booked appointment @ 5 pm today personally. Arrived in branch @4.50 pm waited for 20 minutes, nobody bothered to great and confirm my appointment. Finally I have take decision to walk out of the branch. Pathetic customer experience. Don’t visit this branch.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE from this branch. They erroneously transferred tens of thousands of dollars from my RRSP, actually closing the account Ive had for over 20 years. When I noticed the error I immediately called customer service who acknowledged the error and made multiple apologies and referred the problem back to this branch. SIX WEEKS LATER and I am still chasing this branch to get my money back into my account, seems like they could care less. I cannot believe after making such a terrible mistake, they have not resolved it and its on me to chase them to fix it. People make mistakes, this was a BIG ONE BUT THEY NEED TO FIX IT! PATHETIC!

This has to be the busiest TD of all. You can't walking without ever seeing a line up form like a ride rolling into the shore. But here it is. I have to say the staff is so on it you never fell like your staying for very long. I often see other TD banks with free coffee for customers, honestly, if they did this country style across the street would be out of business. Cheers

Poor service when you ask for a big draw. He send me to another branch down the road to do the service. Should close this branch and TD should save some money.
