TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

What is with these hours? Especially if the machines inside are no longer available to us and you haven't fixed the drive thru machine in years. You earned this 1 star

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Place is clean and cozy. Line ups for tellers are typically short. Would prefer later closing times though.

Even though the bank can be better, I must say it is fairly good. They do not close doors before 6pm and have provided me fast service.

Mona helped me with my everyday banking issues that I had on my account and she was so patient and so kind. Thank you so much Mona!

Avoid booking with Amna Douglah! Unless you are prepared to get judged and criticized, the most unpleasant experience I’ve had with a TD representative. Instantly got the feeling she doesn’t want to assist me and spoke in a very condescending tone and demeanour. Never do business with people that have such a presence, they are never going to be there to assist you. I now see why the low ratings… people get a little banking job, a desk, and instantly think they are better than you.

Update: I have sent an email, though I am sure they won’t do anything except maybe a slap on the wrist, at least I have warned others before making the mistake of booking with Amna Douglah.

Don't do your banking at this branch. Save your money somewhere else. I have been a client here for so many years. It was good then, but management has changed, no customer service. Bad service.

I went to this branch to report a fraud on my card and instead of helping me out they gave more trouble. Not to mention the Manager attitude, she was not helpful at all she was putting me down instead of helping me. I had to call the bank and they solve my issue. Will change the bank.

I often go to this TD branch and it is one of my favourites! Lucija is the best employee at this branch. She is always friendly, knows exactly what she is doing, and has given me helpful financial advice. She has amazing customer service skills, and always goes above and beyond my expectations!

I have banked at this branch for a while and since last year, I have noticed this Td Branch is not up to par with the services of the other branches. Miss counting cash deposit. Teller very inexpensived and shows the needs for further training. STAFF HERE ARE JUST NOT LIKE OTHER TDS WHERE THEY PUT CUSTOMER FIRST.they even start chat random with other tellers when serving customer.

My damn financial advisor caused me so much trouble. I guess I'm weak minded but still.all I wanted was to get a credit card but she closed my chequing and saving just to change the main branch which now I realized it makes no difference and I have to change my finance account on several places which was a pain in the ass.she some how persuaded me to get a US dollar account which I had no plan to spend it now I'm gonna lose some money for that. I would suggest to avoid patricia if you are weak minded or just a first year student who doesn't have much life experience like me

This is my home branch. I have had some financial issues due to a recent separation. They have helped me in several ways. Whether it was reducing my interest rate on a line of credit or making some overdraft charges disappear or helping me to get a very important check cleared quickly. Also whether i have made an appointment or just walked in i was seen very quickly. Sometimes the lines are long and slow moving but the tellers cant help it if Mrs. Smith doesn't get out much and wants to chat. Anyway i find this place better than most TD branches i have dealt with. Are they perfect? No. Are they better than most branches? Yes. Do they do a good job and try to help you. Yes.
