TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Extremely inexperienced staff here. The staff here treat customers very badly and deal with people in a very rude manner. The employees here are definitely not trained and do not have basic customer service skills. My father had a very unpleasant experience dealing with Maria. She spoke very loudly with him and basically yelled at him. My father is elderly and you need to deal with people in an understanding way and try to help them with their banking needs. My father was very shaken up from this experience when he got home, and I told him to never go to this branch again. Do better TD and maybe look into the mental state of your employees before hiring. Not acceptable behaviour.

I would give 0 if it was an option. Inexperienced staff that did not know what they are doing and very slow paced. Because they didn’t do their job correctly and did not provide me with the basic information, I end up having to go to the branch again and tell them to do please do their job right this time.

We were treated so well by Maria! Really appreciate her helping us with the account opening process. She explained everything clearly and was very patient with my elderly parents. Thanks Maria and TD!

Yesterday I went in and needed to withdraw a small amount of money. I accidently left my wallet at home. The Chinese man who wears glasses was so kind and thoughtful (I wish I noted his name). I couldn't remember my pin for the either the debit or visa cards and was drawing a blank, felt embraced and awkward. But he made every effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable.an amazing individual. At the end I was not able to withdraw any money (understandably so) ; however, I left with my integrity intact and feeling happy. Thank You!

Some staff are nice but no one really seems to want to help. Really slow service. Even though I was the only person in line, it took 15 mins for anyone to be able to help in the middle of the day. This is generally the same experience I receive every time I visit.

Today Thursday April 6. I have been waiting in front desk for 10 mins, I was not asked for help, what’s going on, cut back

We were in the store Saturday December4,3.55pm. Wanted to use the safety box. Told they have 3 minutes to close, not allowing to use it. It's Saturday, we need the items for the weekend use. And the person who served us was not pleasant. No smile on the face and rude too. Banks working for us and keeping our money, and treat customers like this!

Bad service. People sitting in cubicle idle and asking to wait in the lineup to get small things done.

Does not have business client line, receptionist didnt seem to be knowledgeable to what service the branch included, in a busy day, GM of the branch is sitting in the office waiting for staff to come to him with questions. I have seem other TD branch where the GM is actively in the lobby speaking with clients and managing the lines and staff. Was made to wait outside (understandable due to COVID), however the people behind me was offered to sit in but I was made to wait outside. Not the best experience, first time at this branch

Very saddened to hear that the Branch Manager, Alvero has moved on from this branch. He was the most knowledgeable and experienced person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at any bank. Certainly the only reason why I continued dealing with TD. The service at this branch continues to be ok, but I doubt it will be the same.

Incredibly competent, professional and amazing staff with great customer service at this branch. My experience with this TD branch was amazing. They trouble shoot well and get the job done! Would highly recommend anyone close to this branch to pick this one over any other branch! I also recommend Minas Atalla as your financial advisor. She is very professional, approachable, competent and my experience with her as my financial advisor was beyond great!

I had a wonderful banking experience thanks to Tiffany I know it’s not the branch that she works full-time she is there part time only on the weekends but thank God that she was there and she help me out short the problem and she made the application for my Visa card thank you Tiffany
