TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The staff was less then helpful in regards to a fraudulent charge on my sons account, just gave me a number and sent me off… I call the number and they told me the bank should have dealt with me about the fraud charge… went in for 4pm and they close at 5, there were 4 customers behind me maybe that’s why she decided to tell me just to call. Regardless she was less then helpful, Cindy or whatever was her name. They also closed the doors before 5pm. I was there at 4: 55pm and they locked the doors

Have had decent experience with employees but both branch and the online services will not fix a problem that they created which in turn has led me to leave this bank and find other means of banking, have been a custom a better part of 20 years and now I’m done

Had to stop in while in town and must say the service was superb. Very friendly and welcoming staff

Their mistake put my account in the negative, and they still charged me overdraft fees.

Was extremely helpful especially when it was with a matter out of there hands. They went above and beyond to help me figure out a solution to my issue even tho it was closing time.

The tellers at this bank are absolutely wonderful. Always Cheerful and smiling. Kaitlyn especially. Always smiling, always offersa kind word. Really makes banking a nicer experience!
