Despite being slightly better with the change of management, certain employees at this branch think that they have the right to be rude and disrespectful to clients. Instead of apologizing for mistakes, they talk down at you as if you are at fault. I personally experienced that. It was shocking, to be honest. This is becoming a disaster of a branch and it is not an exaggeration.

If you can, stay away from this branch. Incompetence and incivility in everything. The tellers here do not admit their mistakes, they charge more for the line of credit and cannot make a simple calculation. Customer service goes from bad to worse, tellers do not even know the basic banking information provided by the TD Bank website. There is no sympathy for the senior customers at all. Long queues. Untidy place. Unwelcoming environment. There is no way to open in TD a senior account for free without a bunch of papers (Scotia, RBC, BMO provides it for free just because you are senior). Shame on the Dufferin and Steeles TD bank!

Been a customer for over 10 years and they tried to charge me 15 dollars to deposit my paycheck that I've been depositing for years. Disrespectful to long time customers, over prices and absolutely horrible customer service. I closed my account as bmo and Scotia bank have cheaper rates and they are much more helpful. Absolutely horrible experience every time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never bank with these crooks. They even screw over their employees! Complete crooks.

Applied for a credit card application. The lady or guy idk how to say it didn’t returned to me a call. Went to the branch he/she hided to backroom. The guy at the counter told me my application never been sent to the main brainch and told me to wait 2 weeks more. 2 weeks has passed as of today no one returned with a call of sent anything. Pretty bad branch to have business with.

Great experience!
I visited this branch today. Instead of 1 task to complete, I ended up asking them to help me with 3 more. I was working with a teller (unfortunately, don't know her name) and a Personal Banking Associate Lamara, and both of them were extremely nice, polite and very professional. It was a great experience.

Now I get why customers rated this branch sooo low. After visiting the branch 2 times for mortgage pre-approval they literally DITCHED us! Never returned to our emails/calls. We were advised that the person in charge of our application moved to a different branch - that's fine, I get it but how come the applications were not handed over to a new advisor?

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. The absolute worst customer service the teller do not no a single thing about how to do their job and are completely useless not to mention they have a terrible attitude and are extremely rude. The manager is no better. Avoid this location at all costs

DON'T BOTHER GOING TO THIS BRANCH, WE HAVE MOVED TO THIS AREA, BUT WE STILL GO TO OUR PREVIOUS LOCATION.the tellers, managers and account managers are useless and only cause trouble! I have been with TD for 12 years and never came across a branch that can be so useless! Stay away!

I booked well in advance a phone appt.for 2 pm with an Investment Advisor. On the said day, an hour after the supposed appt.had passed and I didn't get any call, I called to inquire. I was told the IA was busy and will call back in 2 minutes, another hour passes and no phone call. Such unprofessionalism and careless attitude about clients time is unacceptable. I didn't receive any call of apology & to re-schedule the appointment. Safe to say I will not be banking at this TD branch anymore.

This is one of the only places by Steeles and Bathurst that does not recognize mask exemptions, Shoppers, POST office, FedEx, Dollarama, CIBC, BMO, Scotia, Metro, Freshco. They all let you know if you say you are an exemption. TD will not let you bank without.

My account got hacked and getting it fixed was a miserable experience, I had been here for 8 years but that department was nightmarish. Took 6 hours and after they fixed it my bank was locked for 3 weeks, resulting in being unable to make basic living purchases and bills.

Wait is usually long but w/e, service is usually decent
My last visit was March 27 2020 during the pandemic. The service was horrid, honestly if you dont want to work or dont feel safe, leave. Don't put yourself threw that and dont put customers threw that.

They have horrible customer service and poor communication, including the branch manager. They are rude and non-professional. I have never come again. It is the worst branch in Toronto.

This is by far my favourite branch. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Rose did an amazing job at helping me, she was so nice and patient.

Spent 45 minutes waiting in line, only 3 tellers were working, the shift manager Alona Globak did not even come out to accept customers to open one more teller spot, to serve customers. The attitude of Shift Manager Alona G was as if customers serve this bank branch, not the other way around. Without explanations she does how she feels like, not even telling tellers what to explain to customers. “I don’t care” was her response. “0”customer service skills, unprofessional and rude. No “hello” and no “welcome” to thank you. How did she get promoted?

Waste of time. 45 mins And no result bcs I didn’t bring my passport.
Want to do the wire transfer but we need to prepare 2 IDs. I did the wire transfer many times previously at some other branches however 1 ID is enough and no hassle. Idk why the policy is suddenly changed and even I checked the website for the wire transfer process there is no info regarding this rule.

Poor Customer service, I had an appointment at 7 PM & Reached the branch at 6: 50 to avoid any delay, Waited till 7: 15 the advisor didn't appeared, he didn't notified us even. Really disappointed he should have at-least text me if he was busy or a way.

To be honest i would give 0 stars if i could but i cant I think this branch take students and teachs them how td works.

This branch is the most ignorant, rude cuckie
And judgemental branch youll find in toronto.
There are 2 bank mangers that are very rude and judgmental one is Alona Golubok this crazy has to look at you to determine if you get a tiny bit of money from a cheque, she glances at your business history doesn't even recognize.even cheques that ive deposits all year with holds and a bit of releases and my banking history is great. Im not a new client ive banked there for more then 15 years everything changed for the worst. I will be getting the second bank mangers name so everybody will be aware of dealing with those 2. What gets me mad is a bank suppose to be secure respectful and honest. This branch mark my words is a big headace, heartbreak and unprofessional.
