TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This location just reopened for in-person services last week. They have social distancing measures in place and takes your info at the waiting area outside the building that notifies you about what your place is in the wait. They give priority to elderly in the first hour of them opening- this information was not available prior to arriving at the branch

DO NOT TRUST THEM!
This is the 3rd time I DEPOSIT cash at the teller and they ALWAYS make a mistake at your disadvantage. First time it was $100
Second time it was $100
Third time I deposited 9800 she took the money counted it in the machine and came up to me to sign a recipt for 7600!
ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MONEY FIRST AND KNOW WHAT AMOUNT YOU ARE DEPOSITING.
*** td can hire new staff or replace the money counters that clearly are not working with the new non-paper currency

The staff are friendly however the wait times can be long with only a few customers.

Terrible service, rude and unhelpful. Simple tasks like RRSP contributions are a headache and require branch visits apparently. My experience is not the same with Tangerine or Scotiabank. Both banks allow for contributions without branch visits and are more than willing to assist me. Will be moving everything over to another banking institution.
Update. - it gets worse i called up the bank hoping i could do it over the phone but i can't i need to see a """mutual funds""" """""expert"""" and deal with some time share pitch every time i want to give the bank money.
My disgust level is beyond words at this point, a bank that makes it difficult for me to give it money confuses me to no end.

Best location in the tri cities - no wait time and an amazing business section.

Best TD Bank in the city. They get to know their customers and try to save you money versus selling you their most expensive instruments.
