TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

***AVOID*** ATMs inside branch only available during business hours. Why? What a useless condition. And Drive-Thru ATM was out of service. Next closest TD KMs away!

Went there for deposited cheque and US account. Sharmini is very helpful, professional, warm and patient. She went above and beyond to solve my problem. She explained everything thoroughly, and followed back with after we left. Highly recommended Sharmini.

I’m a longtime customer of Toronto Dominion Bank, then TD Bank, and now TD Canada Trust.

Having 24/7 access to a Green Machine is key to my continuing happiness as a client of this bank.

With COVID-19 measures in effect, many businesses have gone cashless and defaulted to credit or debit cards even for small purchases.

I seem to venture into businesses that will offer discounts for cash payment. Um!

The branch tellers and representatives are very accommodating, we feel the importance of our visits and the service are very good.

Substandard Customer Service - The Staff makes false promises. When written to Branch Manager - Madhia about about it, she wouldn't reply back to your emails. Don't go to TD, They will promise you a 100 things but will deliver ZERO.

An amazing branch, the people there are very friendly. I had great experiences there but what made me decide to write a review was due to an absolutely amazing woman there named Catia B. She goes beyond and is extremely patient. She is definitely remarkable and I honestly believe she represents TD under a spotlight. She is truly amazing and I am so happy to have dealt with her! I will continue to go to this location and I have to say I am so proud to be part of the TD family. Thank you once again TD and all your employees, especially Catia!

Stay away from this branch, Pure Discrimination. Make me wait 40 min before letting me in. Then asking me for I'd etc, when I have never been asked before just having my card was always enough. First time I ever came in with my hair braided and everything changes. Then the lady tells me " today is not the day, today is not the day" what does that mean?

Horrible service, no one at this branch seems to know how to problem solve. My appointment got canceled twice and I was told certain things got submitted and waited 3 weeks went back to ask and they said no one ever did it. You should also train your employees on costumer service and how to talk to people. Unprofessional.

Me and my Husband went to open a join account, gave them all the information and ID they needed. 1 week later they call me and tell me they are missing ID, even though we both provided it when opening the account, and i told them its hard to come in because i work late hours, so a few days after i went to deposit money in the account and they had put it on hold, so i couldn't do anything. Just because the person who opened the account and couldn't do it properly. RIDICULOUS!

This bank is a joke. Money deposit got frozen in the ATM for no obvious reason and they say they want to investigate and it may take more than 5 business days! And I had more issues with this bank before too.
The manager in this location is useless and not helpful.
There are much better options to choose for banking other than TD all I can say.

Came in the other day with a few inquiries about upgrading my rewards Visa and Mr. Baginski went above and beyond in answering my questions and suggesting options that would work best for me. He even kept following up with another department regarding one of my request and gave me a call as soon as it was sorted out.

Last visit left a bad taste. Young man right after lunch with a food left
overs around his mouth, luck of courtesy and professionalism
and at the end I was presented with a receipt on like scrap piece of paper. I will not be returning to this brunch I will instead return to my
old brunch on Rockwood Mall where I always have been provided with
courtesy and professional service.

Want to wait thirty minutes to an hour for a teller? Than come to this place. They have 8 computers there and two people working at them. Terrible management.

I was in the branch on Thursday at 1 pm, this branch specifically is terrible. I can not stress enough how this particular branch manager on duty has no respect or formality/professionalism when dealing with clients.a) She lets her friends skip the line, b) only speaks from her desk 8 metres behind where the tellers are standing, c) when she gets up she shuffles around and speaks to her teller to relay the message to the client. This isn't a principles office in an elementary school, act professionally like you value the people paying your salary. Tellers are very poorly trained. I couldn't take out 6k in cash because this bank always has a shortage, and they refused to deposit a check I have been depositing for months; taking all my business/mutual funds across the street. What a disgrace.
