I went to deposit my cheque at this location on Sept 28th, but received Very poor & argumentative Services, specifically their communication skills probably will get customers on nerve! On top of that they hold my money from Sept 28- Oct 10th. I called TD and was advised by TD rep at this location that they should be able to verify my cheque with the other bank and release the fund next day, but when I came they argued and questioned me who said that? I also informed them that the other branch was able to release my cheque next business day, they could cheque my account history last year, but instead of providing their service, the staff said if I like the other brand or bank, then why do I not go to the other bank or brand? They offer nothing than a very poor Customers service with the disrespect and a very argumentative tone. I requested the Manager to check my history last year that my cheque was released in 1 day, and they can access to customers withinin 7years, but the manager was lying to me that they are allowed to access the history within 1year. I requested them to verify my certified cheque with the other Bank, and they said they no longer verify cheques? Never have talked with any professionals like that. I will close my account aftermy money is released.

I had a terrible experience at the Kennedy Commons location, I walked into this branch frustrated and they literally took the time to figure out what was wrong with my account. They couldn't fix it, but I very much appreciated them all taking the time to help me. I now will only go to this location for any banking outside of atm transactions. Thanks guys!

I had an appointment today with Mr yang/Yeng today.
0 cx service + provided with zero info on TD products.
I went there to understand and differentiate variety of investment options I was looking for. But he was not good at all. Attitude was big down.

Not only this, he suggested that I go to another bank.

The whole time I was explaining to him about their products.

So, if you book an appointment with this branch and see advisor yeng or yang last name, call them and ask for someone else.

Absolute repulsive customer service. Lady by the name of Donette was completly disrespectful, dimissive and rude. Had another member of staff apolgize to me on her behalf. I was nothing but respectful while asking questions and she intentionally cuts me off to tell me I can't be helped when others have helped me with the exact same issue before. Disgusting.

Today I must say THANK YOU to Kanizfatema Shaikh for resolving an year old pending transaction that has been forgotten somehow. Kaniz was very quick to reply my email and after learning all the facts she contacted related parties to the transaction and was able complete it in a matter of days!

I have being with TD for many years as regular and business customer, omg this is so far the worst branch in existence. The tellers are working super slow and have no any customer service skills. The manager was doing anything even she saw that was a huge line waiting. Avoid this place

I went to this place today to take advantage of the First Time Homebuyer plan to move some funds for a new home purchase and the mortgage advisor Vinod Kudumula didn't seem to take the time to ask questions about my situation or walk me through the process of the First Time Homebuyer plan and the expectations. All he simply did was pull up the screen with the form to fill out and didn't explain the questions on screen to make an informed answer. One thing that really struck me was the blank piece of paper given to me to hand write my instructions to the TD Direct Investing team to transfer the funds between the two accounts. I would expect an institution as big as TD would have simply printed out a template for me to sign rather than pass the work to the customer to write a seemingly sketchy instruction letter to back office. The blase attitude he emanated in that room was so toxic that it is actually making me reconsider my business with TD. In essence, it was like the swimming instructor threw me into the pool to see how far I can stay afloat before calling for help.

I would suggest to train your staff to be more courteous and empathetic to your customers no matter how much experience you have in your area of expertise. I've been with TD for practically all my life and it's sad to see how far gone it's descended in customer service over the years.

One thing I'll give props though is the bank teller I spoke with. I came here with the intention of making a wire transfer to a trust account and the teller advised me to do a bank draft and direct deposit instead to save me $50 on the clearing fees. Big lifesaver!

DO NOT USE THE FINANCIAL ADVISOR FOR MORTGAGE! They are liars and do not take any responsibility for their actions. They act like they are doing you a favour to give you a mortgage. The worst experiences ever had with both of the advisors. The first one isn't calling back after he promised to do so or returning your call for weeks. The other, promise you a higher mortgage than you can get just to make you sign on the documents. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. It's your future.

I went here 13-feb to use the atm. I notice theres 3 ppl inside the waiting area and max occupancy for covid protol is 3 as listed in the window. I wait outside waiting for the person inside to finish using the atm. While waiting theres a flood of people coming in and just waiting in the small cramped space. I wait 4 minutes and theres no TD employee helping with the waiting area. Intotal theres about 7 ppl in this waiting area. I ended up leaving and not using thhe ATM since it didnt feel safe going in since no staff is regulating the area. Use this area with caution.

Bank lost my personal documents - with my banking information from another bank institution with my name, address and bank account listed on the document. Branch manager was emailed and was asked to call me back - the branch manager did not return my call for over 2 weeks. I then escalated my complaint to customer relations and that's when the branch manager found the time to return my call - and all she had to say was "sorry". Unacceptable!

I want to take a moment to recognize the service I received from Vaibhav Majithia Finanical Advisor at this location. He has gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have and he has provided continuous support and ensured I received the best investment products and services that would be of most benefit for me. He provides informative information regarding investments and mortgages and breaks it down so that you fully understand and removes any doubts or confusion that you may have. He is all about the customers and what would be of most benefit for you. I have put my full trust in him and he has not disappointed me. He provides 100% support and I would highly recommend his services!

The staff at this branch are incredible! I have been a long standing customer of TD and I refuse to go anywhere else except for the Kennedy Commons location. Staff greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Keep up the great work!

Went to the bank to change my pin.waited 5 minutes outside.when I was finally able to get into the bank, the lady at front desk told me she had to get her manager. 15 minutes later I overheard her asking her manger to help me. The bank was empty.so not sure why it took her that long to get her manager. When I asked her why, she said " we are doing out best and I was doing something else". How can you leave another customer to do something else? Shouldn't you finish one task first, then move on to another? Again the bank was empty. I was almost late for work because of this. Poor service.no respect for my time. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Amazing service during hard times. I had to come in for a wire transfer was let in by Jeffrey and he asked me what I needed to do and helped me by letting me fill out my wire info while waiting in line. Then I’ll as greeted by Jasintha warm beautiful smile and lead to Dwayne who did my wire quickly. Amazing fast organized service by the staff and was given the phone number to line up while I left work to save even more time

During COVID-19 they are asking people line up outside, no problem, but they should have someone outside that can guide and direct people in the correct direction. I was standing in a line to see the teller. I was next in line, or so I thought. No one asked if I needed the teller or the atm, so I stood behind the one other person in the only line. All of a sudden there are 3 people in a newly formed line next to me. Only after asking do I find out that the line that has now grown to 3 people is for the teller and the one I am in is for the atm. Poor service, no communication, Do better so people understand what your line ups are for so we aren't standing in your line ups for ever only to fine out it is the wrong line! Hire people with some skills that can manage the situation. Will never go back to this location. If they can't handle a simple situation like a line up then how can I trust them with anything else?

I had a great experience with an employee named Bavetra S.today. I closed my account after emigrating from Canada last year and needed a few documents unexpectedly. She went above and beyond, suggesting things to help me and going out of her way with kindness to help me - and that for a closed account! Amazing.

The greeter, taking care of incoming clients, was also very friendly and helpful, but I didn't get her name. Good customer service can save so much stress and time, I just had to write a review.

After awful experiences with RBC and Scotiabank, I can safely say to go with TD.

I hate employees at this location. Due to COVID-19, they don’t want to assist any customer in person, and they will ask you why you come to the branch, if you are younger, employee will pushes you to ATM. I first came this branch to open a Direct investing account, the rep Kane Fang told me they don’t provide this service at any location, I have to do it online by myself. Second time I came here to draw $2000 cash and I want $100 bills, but a female employee said I am only able to do it on ATM, and all bills are in $20. Employees didn’t receive proper training and don’t have adequate knowledge of banking business. People who are working here not qualified for the job.

Shamsuddin R, the account manager small business helped me with a fraudulent case on my business chequing account. He was unhelpful and condescending towards me, asking me "are you sure you did not sign up for this? " Also tried to scare me that I will get bad credit if I close my account but it's the only way I can stop the charges. While dealing on the case he was inquiring about my business and why I put "Media" in the company name? I can name my company whatever name I want.

Normally I do not give reviews for business. But this time. I really like how this brench deal with this person. This person demanding a fee waved since she is been with TD forever. She kept escalating the issue and demand to talk to manager. Both the teller and the manager kept it very professional and answer all her answer nicely. She kept on complaining about their customer service, but all she complaining is a wanting free service. Gotta give them respect for keeping clam and answering all the stupid questions this customer ask. Please keep on doing the same amazing job.

Went into the branch to deposit a cheque from my insurance company to pay off my auto finance after calling in and being put on hold for 15 minutes to confirm that I could deposit a cheque when the financing was under my dad’s name and I was told that it was “super easy” if I just go into the branch. I get to the branch and the first teller had no idea how to process the cheque, might have been new and not a normal request so understandable, the teller beside him took a look at my paperwork and said he couldn’t process it and to wait for a manager, a 3rd person comes over and says she can’t process it because the names didn’t match and I explained that I called in ahead of time and the first teller just said sorry and I asked to speak to the manager because I did my due diligence to call in before i came in, waited for 5 minutes and I asked if they could call td auto finance to add my name to the account so I could process it so I wouldn’t have to call in again and get stuck in a call queue and was told to wait. 5 minutes later a CSR and not even a manager then told me it wasn’t possible and told me to go to my insurance to ask to have the name changed on the cheque. Asked to speak to a manager again and was brushed off and I left the branch after all of this and guess what? I call in to TD auto finance right after I leave and get back to work and they say “the branch will be able to process the cheque for you even tho the names don’t match, anyone can pay for a loan. ” 1 star to the call center because I actually believe the branch that I am getting false information, but also 1 star to the branch for not giving me the respect of atleast a manager attempt to help me out instead of brushing me off in typical TD fashion.
