If I can give this branch a 0 I would. The manager there is absolutely ridiculous.
I find that their job is to create hard time for a loyal customer rather than provide decent services. After all the fraud, you cannot provide customers because you are clueless of what you are doing, rather to add unnecessary “procedures” for nothing.
This place is filled with some young people who absolutely don’t know what customer service is.

Branch Manager Mehrnaz Fazel, Is very unhelpful and makes everything so complicated.
There was a draft issued from this branch under my corporation name but it was lost. This branch is stating we can not cancel a draft due to security reason that in case someone else can cash this cheque! She even mentioned they need to put lean on my property in order to cancel this draft!
Another management lady was telling me fraud could happen anywhere like it happens to your phone!
I guess all they wanted to say TD bank, one of the biggest banks in Canada, has the same security as my personal phone and I should not trust this bank because they not even capable of securing a bank draft!
TD banks head office is also confused and tells me go to branch they should do it right away and when I go there same game plays in the branch because the branch manager doesn't want to take the risk she believes in.
I have mentioned this to lawyers and Police and they are also surprised to hear this.
Other staffs been super friendly and helpful in the past few years.

They have my money and I have mortgages with TD. I expect friendly service. None given. Cold.teller was cold and the on duty supervisor even worse.no greetings at all. Jeeze. I get more friendly service at any fast food joint.

Extremely unhelpful staff member who refused to take any form of ID other than my passport? Also allowed a customer to skip the line who she seemed to know personally and stood chatting with.very unprofessional. Who carries their passport around with them why is having my TD card and valid government ID not sufficient? She refused to ask any questions or send me a verification code. Train your staff better.
I went to a different branch at donmills and steeles and was helped quickly and had a much better experience. Dont waste your time at this branch go to the one at Shop on Steeles the staff there are much more helpful and better trained.

Very unkind and rude brown teller I ask for coin tubes wich the previous costumer get it for free and he just lie on my face telling me I was told to not give u anything this is the way to treat a costumer for 14 years of TD BANK?

I had an unprofessional experience here, the teller was condescending, unprofessional and very annoyed. He assumed we spoke the same language and talked to me without asking me if I’m ok with it first, he then asked about my education etc. All I needed was to send a deposit. He didn’t know how to to do that and insisted it can’t be done. In the end he did a bank draft which was unacceptable for my purpose. I had to go to another TD branch and ended up late for work. I’m writing this review because that teller really made me angry and frustrated.

Worst TD branch ever. Unprofessional and rude staff and BM.
They made a mistake on their end, bill payment paid to wrong account over $1K. Telling us we need to talk to the company ourselves, they won’t do anything.
We had to keep going back before someone finally decided to help then telling us they will cover the lost payment on their end but will need to freeze our entire account, until the money is returned…. Why? We the customer did not make the mistake, the bank did. They need to cover whatever lost and take accountability to their actions. Give me back my money!

Went there to withdraw $1500 cash right before 4: 00pm to do cash purchase at the Bay inside the mall (long story short). The staff did not allow me to get in as it’s almost the closing time. Argued for few minutes & kept asking me to use the machine which had certain daily cash withdrawal limits. Fully understand the need to control access before closing but should offer real help to customers (like how to raise the limit, etc). Considered terrible and irresponsible customer service with these young staff in the front.

I have been loyal to TD for 36+ years with great experience in other branches. This is my worst experience with TD. Hope they can improve.

Need to upgrade all kind of service from call service representaive to front office teller, investment advisor. This bank need to be closed as they cannot solve anykind of problem for customer.

The worst branch manager. I have been with TD for 20 some years, and the service is great. Not at this branch, though. Manager Jon Jon (not sure if I'm spelling this right) is extremely unprofessional. All my questions as to why something is done in a different way - the answer is 'cause. Last time I'm using this branch.

Terrible customer service. Can’t say all employees but some of them are unprofessional and rude. I asked simple questions and was answered with lots of attitude for no reason.

Staff for most part are good (polite, keen) few organization mishaps with certain requests and appointments in past but nothing major. Branch manager has an ego and gets defensive with a simple ask. Can’t have positive reviews in a branch when the manager running it is terrible with customer service and simple mannerisms. Must be having a bad day or a fit.

I met Antonio Schipani, and he was one of the best banking advisors I've ever met. He explained everything clearly and he resolved and answered whatever issues I encountered swiftly and thoroughly. The worst banking experience I ever had in my entire life. Maintains a real dumb staff to manage the money of people, with no basic knowledge a person can become an investment advisor here. Real dumb people works in this bank/branch, especially on the investment lines. Moreover I hate TD as a channel for any of the investments - no fair practices they follow to get returns on your investment.

Don’t ever risk to have your banking needs with branch/bank!

I went in with the intent to change the limit of various transactions on my replacement debit card. The teller with his trainee at the desk was a bit dumbfounded why it wasn't working and eventually had to call over another staff member to help out. Apparently, it was my fault *embarrassed*. I hadn't activated the card. When I read over the information page that came in the mail I thought it said that I didn't have to do anything and could use it like normal. Well, that's partly true. Once I used it activation was automatic but I hadn't done that prior to inquiring at the counter. Once I went to withdraw cash and then returned to the counter I inquired about the limit and it turns out they're already at the lowest allowed amount -_-'. Ah well, at least they were great in assisting me.

One of the worst Branches Ive been to. The only reason I to go there because its close to my place. I always have to wait over 45 minutes from the minute i step in. I had the worst experience today where their teller left in the middle of my transaction as she had an appointment to catch at 7 PM, then ive been promised to receive a letter verifying the statement i received from their teller and was asked to come back in an hour, when i went back they said they cant give it to me and they will be closing in 2 minutes. Wasted over an hour and no wire transfer was done for me.

Over all,
- Bad customer service
- unprofessional Tellers
- Long wait time as only 2-3 people will be working spending half an hour chitchatting with customers about random topics
- Dont full-filled their promises

After today I will withdraw all my money and go to a more professional bank

Terrible customer service from ironically the “Customer Care Manager” Loretta! Don’t do any business here unless you want to run around, waste your time then fail to follow their own procedure. Apparently “released funds” cannot be used to write a certified cheque. Gone to a different branch and they certified it within minutes without the whole run around!
Also witnessed that manager yelling and disciplining the teller/employee in front of clients for a simple technical issue with the machine!
Treats her subordinates without respect, treats customers without respect or trust and wouldn’t believe other branch manager’s confirmation. As she uses “uncomfortable” as a reason to deny all my efforts and proceeds to make me run around. I estimated 30mins for a simple certifying of cheque and I was late for work by 2hrs!

A TD employee named dimitrije stosic with long blonde hair and blue eyes had accessed my personal information and started harassing me. They had accessed it many times. WHERE IS THE MANAGER FOR THIS? ! WHY IS HE BEING SUPPORTED? THIS IS SICK! He's spreads false information about me saying that I am "depressed" which is not true at all. He has friends at this location that look out for him. This is sick!

Terrible customer service. Please provide your staff training on how to deal with customer service. The assistant manager Tina told us that there is a royal bank on every corner, not sure if she knows she is working for TD. SO we took her advice and closed our account. Very very disappointed with the experience at TD.

Customer service can improve. The lines are long. Also they do not email any credit card transaction. In other parts of world banks play a different role ~ every credit card transaction is recorded and shared as a text on phone. Notifications help especially if a customer is away from
The location~ Is TD bank following Global banking features. Sharing how much did the credit card holder spend. Recording a credit card transaction can suggest if a consumer is in control of the expenses being made.

Wondering if it’s friendly for new settlers ~ Many refugees using the the credit card for first time cannot track their spends ~ what are they spending money on ~ and they could perhaps spend more than what they are making. Many lower middle class families living on daily struggles will face this problem. Hoping TD_Canada adds this feature.
