TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but the machines are always not working properly. Always fail to take my money. It has happened way too many times now. It has denied my money more than it has taken it. I have even tried putting in single bills to see if it work, but it still does not.

By reading other reviews I see that it is an issue among others. Instead of having everyone send an email, use this review section as it is meant to be used.

This branch and its manager don’t understand a thing about customer service. They have good relationships with very few clients but if you are just stopping by to get something done. Good luck to you. Assuming you see a teller that knows what they are doing the time you will spend in line will be longer than if you drove to any of the other TD Vaughan locations. Because of the experience I have had at this location multiple times since 2021 I am slowly switching all my personal and business banking over to other banks.

Absolutely the worst branch to deal with if you are a business. Consistently any appointment is 30 minutes behind. Instead of notifying the clients with business courtesy they are running behind or the need to reschedule. The branch believes its appropriate to keep everyone sitting around. Our time isn't valuable. Pick a bank that knows to how care for its business clients. At the time of writing the score for this branch was 2.5. Take the hint

I was pasted off to multiple people. Sat there for 20 minutes after being told 5 minutes 3 times. So frustrating for simple banking.

The slowest service at this location! I do not remember TD ever being this slow. I have been with them for over 15 years and have never seen anything like this. Once you get to a teller after waiting minimum 30-45 minutes to see someone you have to stand there for an additional 5-10 minutes for them to do a simple deposit. This service should take less then 2 minutes, extremely unfortunate. I see there are other people with the same complaints so looks like they could care less about this issue.

Wait time on avarege 1 hour for single transaction. Very slow service - take your business somewhere else.

I was at this branch first time for financial advise and it was a pleasant experience. Anna walked into the room for few minutes, no greetings though I greeted her and not a pleasant person to talk to. I have dealt with many branches for my personal accounts, and commercial accounts for the company I work for, and I always give high mark for TD and I have been dealing with TD since 1991.

Do not waste your time trying to get actual assistance from anyone at this branch, huge disappointment. An advisor wouldn’t see me and my husband because it was 4: 10pm and he was leaving at 4: 30! (And yea we fully heard him say this), yet he stood less than a meter away from us chatting up with colleagues having a nice chat and laugh.

Line is starting outside, there is only 2 telers and they even not pretend to do their job faster!

Waiting in line for over 30mins when there was only 5 people in front of me. They need to hire more people because no one was working. Honestly it wasn’t rush hour or slot of people they need to service faster.

I have been coming to this branch since I opened my practice in 2018. Everyone is simply amazing and super helpful. Months ends are the busiest, so the wait could at times be between 15 -20 mins, but for that kind of care and attention, I’d wait an hour without any hesitation.

The TD Bank is full of s, they give out wrong information and the customer suffers. A friend gave me a loan. She got a bank draft and then deposited in my account. This oh so wonderful bank put a 5 day hold it. I was using that money to save my property from power of sale. Thanks to bank I can no longer to that. In my personal opinion the TD Bank cares for the profit not the customer. You are disgusting institution with no compassion and consideration. DO NOT US THIS BANK!

Horrible service… TD made a big mistake with my transactions and have called two times already and was told the manager will call me back and has been emailed all the information… It has been almost 3 weeks now and still no one owning up to their mistakes.
I will be switching my mortgage and all my accounts to a different bank.do not recommend TD to anyone.

Add update. Did he finally got back to me saying that they do owe me over $300 for their mistake. It’s been a month and nothing so I contacted them again and the representative said that I agreed to only receiving $110 with the manager. I emailed them now asking for proof of the record of me ever agreeing to receiving $110 when they old me over $300. These guys are scammers. Do not bank with TD as they will not assume their own mistakes and correct them like they should

Great bank, the staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I do all my banking at this branch. Ester the bank manager is the best, she does everything she can to help, thank you.

Don’t deserve a star. TD is always my fav bank but this branch definitely need to train some staff. I went yesterday to open USD account, the lady at front desk told me that everyone is busy today, so I had an appointment at 4: 30 today, I waited until 4: 45 to meet someone, eventually I had to leave the bank.

Entered the branch, noriced No one around the reception and waited for 17 minutes for someone to show up. Then I Had lined up to get sent back to reception where had to wait for someone to be present. Asked for new card, presented one photo and credit card and was straight up rejected because not valid for 2 pc id. Hour later from going home and coming back, no reception for bout 5 mins while a line up had already started then had tried again with my Same credit card n photo id, had I received a new card. Litterally wasted 45 minutes to go home and come back into get a new access card.
Thanks for wasting a Saturday which would of been resolved very swiftly and quickly the first time before I had to come back.

I went to request for a RRSP RECIT even before checking the receptionist decided It won’t be available she said I just have to wait for e mail recit and swiftly sent me off, when I came back to my car I called td coustmer service they told me it is definitely can be pulled out from any branch so I went to another branch I got it right away only difference there was a coloured (I am Indian) person in the reciption unlike the other branch now what conclusion should I make of my treatment i let u readers decide

I’m giving an additional star only because other stadff members seem friendly otherwise they don’t deserve a star. The branch definitely need to train some individuals. TD, please contact me if you need more details.

Always count your money before deposite to specific this branch, they make mistakes all the time, i don't know purposely or accidentally, but be aware.

It is hard to get them to follow up with customers request. But very clean and well organized offices. Quick service too.

Pretty darn good! Great hours. Good people. Friendly smiles. Pretty busy tho. But as all TD'S are, consistent and overall great.
