It's 10am and line up is ridiculous ukously sloŵ. No speed counter, and no attempt by staff to recognise the fact that we can't be waiting so long for service.they have no discretion

I have never had a worst experience at any bank than I had this facility I have business account with them and have lot of money in it but still there was a lady brown girl absolutely rude and discriminated I can't believe how rude and misbehaved she was plus she gave me all the wrong info they should fire her this is not the way to treat any customer more business customer I am Gona contact there Headoffice as well and Gona close my account and move to Bmo or some other institution.

Went to this branch for a simple GIC. No body knows what to do including the customer experience manager. I don’t like to post negative comments but this branch is so incompetent that I am surprised TD corporation is allowing this to continue. It should be completed restaffed with competent and skilled professionals. I had to go to another TD branch to get my investment taken care of.

I’m shocked to see these ratings, to be honest. I went in there this morning, the staff was super friendly & super quick. I was having issues with my account and they were able to resolve everything for me in just a few minutes. I appreciate the service

First of all- I was almost robbed at the outdoor TD ATM while withdrawing money. Terrible location for an ATM; so be careful.
Then there’s the rude staff, who clearly don’t care about their jobs. The long wait times even when there’s little to no people in the branch are another reason but the kicker is this; I went in one day to take the balance out of my checking account; verified via PIN and when I asked to withdraw they grilled me and gave me the third degree- wanted identification and for me to answer security questions.
By the end of the transaction I was so frustrated I just left, and have used the ATM for withdrawals ever since then.
I see “Mike” from TD all over these reviews saying this isn’t what you should expect and he’s sorry that everyone had such bad experiences but I have not seen this translate into any changes at the branch level.
Do yourself a favour if you band with TD; find a different branch and avoid this one. It may seem convenient because it’s close to home but I promise they will make it the least convenient banking experience you’ve ever had.

If you’re willing to wait in line for hours then this is a great location even if the place is empty which it usually is!

After being a TD customer for years, I must express how disappointed I am with the customer service, specifically with the communication and lack of attention from the advisors. Either theyre always busy with more important customers or simply dont show up to work. I've had to chase after them for answers via email multiple times and trying to get on the phone for simple answers and guidance. Seems theyre extremely busy and are bothered to help and dont care to understand customer needs. The only way to get ahold of representatives working is either to keep calling or show up in the branch until they make time to address my concern. With this review I have also submitted a complaint to TD Senior Customer Complaints Office. Service at Fort York used to be easier before the branch moved from 614 Fleet St. I reached out to another branch and was very grateful that the customer rep completely understood my needs, actively communicates via phone and email, and provides updates in a timely manner regarding my business needs. Please avoid this branch.

I've been with TD for over 25 years. This location is a dumpster fire. The wait times are long, the service is terrible. They are not accommodating. They go out of their way to look for reasons not to serve you. If you live in the area it may seem convenient but avoid this location like the plague.

Saturday’s branch manager was very friendly towards another customer of her own race in front of us in line but her attitude drastically changed towards my parents and I who are of Asian descent. My mom took an extra 20 seconds to count her bills (which she probably should’ve done ahead of time) before depositing and this branch manager couldn’t have possibly looked more annoyed and impatient. We have never experienced such disrespect at a TD branch before and this kind of racist behavior does not match the multicultural community that the branch serves, nor the multicultural values that Canada embodies.

Shockingly awful service. Refused a cheque asking “where I got the cheque from” in a condescending tone, all despite doing business for 20years with TD & having over 6 figures in my account. Perhaps I didn’t look like I had money so that justified the behaviour?

This branch’s staff were so funny. They helped customers with smile, not profession and efficiency. They were working on my case 30 minutes, line-up time not included. My case was changing living address. It should be done within 10 mins. There are five counters and fully occupied with the staff. They were just sitting there and doing nothing and fooling around and laughing. They chose to ignore the long queue. I guessed they were celebrating holidays. Happy holidays:)

It's a convenient location. Just got in to do some banking at the ATM as it was on the way to my destination. The branch was relatively clean. No comment on the service level as I did not interact with staff.
