Ivey Venezuela rep is an amazing person. I had a question about certain service charges in my account and she pretty much printed out the transactions for each month and went through each one of then to explain it to me why Im being charge with extra withdrawal fee. She was super helpful. Even though the bank waiting time is a bit slow still the customer service I received from Ivey, made me forget all.

I came to this branch with just 3 person lining up. It took 30 mins to be served. It’s frustrating how many staff is inside walking around but then only two cashier is serving customer.

5 STARS for the Lady who helped me "ZBAR" on the receipt was very helpful/nice.

1 star for a busy branch, long line, however not enough tellers.

The new manager & new staff don’t bother maintaining long standing relationship. In true need of funds, we were given “can’t withdraw over $5000” OF OUR OWN FUNDS. Our portfolios & 18 years of history doesn’t matter to them. Teller was confrontational rather than being cooperative. Moreover, the teller didn’t check my ID for a large withdrawal. Not risk compliant at all. My work ended up being down through another family members account but terrible experience for the third time now. The manager, the staff & customer relations need to reassess their strategy. Usually I don’t leave reviews but they really made me.

Been with TD since I was a little girl with a paper route and never in my 20 years have I had to deal with such disappointing service the bank teller Mustafi was an absolute waste of my time. Could not help me at all and was SO rude. He avoided directly answering my questions and had no idea what he was doing. Terrible service, literally worse customer service I’ve ever received. He was useless. Had to call TD through their mobile online service and get the wonderful lady to fix the issues and she was a blessing. LITERALLY this guy makes me want to switch to RBC. TD hire a better customer service teller literally everyone is looking for a job, do better. It’s not a lot to ask & Mustafi is garbage. I hope he gets fired and has no one to go home to on Valentine’s Day. Thanks for ruining my day. Wish I could leave a 0/5 star because I would.

It's rare that I'd bother leaving a review for a bank, but I must say I was blown away by how friendly absolutely EVERYBODY in this building is! Everyone, including those who simply passed by me, greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. Prama Kar and another associate helped me complete my corporate deposit without issue. Thank you to all the staff here for making a mundane trip to the bank a positive part of my work day.

I tried to change an address of a business. I did not have my access card and my Driver's License is a temporary License. They did not accept it my temporary license. I told them I have a scanned copy of my old driver's license and they did not accept it. I understand the security measure but there must be common sense. They should have ask me anything about the account like security questions. The teller and bank manager are also rude and racist especially the bank manager. I went to this branch morning of June 22,2021.

I had an appointment with Sharmila. And she weren’t in the bank - off that day. Really? The man over the counter says. She called everyone and cancelled the appointments. She is sick.
I didn’t get any call ️. But there is emails. Why she didn’t do. That is an expectedly from TD.

An example that even banks can be mismanaged. Hours say they open at 9: 00am even at the bank it says 9am, came at 9: 05 and took some hours off work, to find a long lineup extending outside. Employees outside saying to people they are running late and they are opening at 9: 30 instead of 9. Someone should get fired for this. It's completely unacceptable for this to happen in a bank.

Just went in today and had to stand in a line of 20 minutes before it was my turn with the teller. I spoke to customer service prior to coming into the location and asked if my health card would be a sufficient piece of ID and they said yes. I go to the location (which is not the closest location for me as that one has been closed for days and I needed my new card urgently) only to have them say that my health card or student ID (the only two IDs I have and carry) are not sufficient. I understand that and appreciate the extra measures but they could ask me any security questions or general questions to verify it's me but they just refused. I even said I can send you a picture of the ID they needed but they said I'll need to bring in the physical copy.which is at my parents' house, who I haven't lived with in months due to COVID and the fact that I work and can't put them at risk. Taking all this into consideration, I was hoping the manager, HAMZA, would understand and perhaps issue my new card but he did not. They are not willing to listen, are not willing to do what other branches do, and are not willing to understand. Better branches with better staff out there, best to visit others than this location.

Been banking at this location for over 20 years and still have to deal with racism. Malnor who is teller tried to tell me that a draft made out to my business name was fake. Went to another location and had zero issues with the deposit. Will reporting Malnor to customer care because I'm sick and tired of dealing with ignorance.

Had an appointment with Mr. Ajay regarding a PLC and it was great as he was on time for the appointment and took his time to explain me and what the bank can do to me. He was very good at what he does and great customer service with amazing reception.

Terrible customer service contacted them multiple times regarding banking fees. No response and have never heard back from them. But they will take out their banking fees on a timely manner.

Very worse customer service. I am trying last there's days for an appointment for safe deposit locker. But nobody reply me. Call going on answering machine then no one reply back. Very third class system in this bank. Last three weeks closed this bank no any response to customer

Yesterday I walked to this Bank in order to speak to someone about my account, I was informed that I had to call a phone number, I told the staff that I had already called the official number and they were not help and that's why I came in person.

I was told very specifically that they could not and would not help me, I was given a different number to call and that number is not in service so when I returned today to see if they could solve my problem they were closed

It would be nice if the staff made an effort to even pretend to listen to me instead of just dismissing me out of hand and then leaving me in an extremely difficult situation because now there is no number I can call and no one I can talk to about this issue

Worst TD branch in Toronto. I went to deposit a cheque and the teller refused to accept my cheque. I asked the reason why, teller called the supervisor. The supervisor is a white blonde lady and I know her since several years of her bad customer service. The supervisor always talks rudely, arrogant and denies to provide service to the clients. She even discriminates customers based on low bank balance on customer’s account. She only helps to those who have big bank balance. I request everyone not to visit this branch. I came out of this branch and I went to STC branch and they had accepted my cheque to deposit in few seconds. I will never visit this branch and see that racist blonde white supervisor.

Took me 7 months to resolve an issue with this bank, the customer service manager is a joke never calls back or return emails. Branch manager claims she will help but then screens your calls overall worst location I been to and be careful with the agents they will add services you don't need to your account.

Closed a few minutes earlier then advertised. Multiple customers, including an elderly lady, came in the last minute but doors were already locked and told to come tomorrow. This is not the customer service standard I expect from TD.

Everytime i come here, theres always a long wait, and parkinglot sometime is full too, hire more people so people can get things done quicker and leave then parkinglot wont be full

I went there to pick up something that was sent via ups, and I was told that the item is not in yet. Afterwards I called my bank again, and they told me the item is already delivered according to the tracking number system, and the person who received it by the name Kim. It's frustrating like I have nothing else to do! If I called, I can never get any person to answer but machine! Machines can't answer my question wether my items is there or not! So you want me to give you five star? Not a chance!
