So I visited June 27th 2023 (a Wednesday, mid afternoon). Went inside the mall as the ATM outside was "not in service". There are 3 ATMs total. But there was an old lady at the only functional ATM, and she was too dumb to get her card out of the machine, while taking 8 minutes of messing around with the buttons. I did not want to scare her/intrude, so I asked her if she wanted me to get her help from staff, and of course she said yes.
So I went a few steps into the branch and none of the useless staff even made eye contact with me as I tried to get their attention. There was already a line inside the branch as well, with only two service desks open and both were serving the same people for 20+ minutes. Three other staff were standing around in the back, ignoring my attempts to approach them. Two went to the back. How many of you does it take to print something? Apparently too many.

How do I know this is true? I was standing there trying to get help for the old lady, not just my own banking, and so that I could use the ATM after her since the old lady could not figure anything out and "couldn't get the card out". Two female staff went to the back and did not even acknowledge me. Instead, the customers who were being helped were standing there for 20+ minutes, barely interacting with the bankers serving them, and those bankers would disappear on and off throughout the wait. The line continued to grow, as none of the other ATMs were working, just the one that the old hag had been hoarding for half an hour (she was there waaay before I came to the branch too, because she told me she was trying to access her account that entire time). People were lining up behind her and then giving up, moving into the branch line instead for a teller.
One young male staff member was still helping a customer, and another young staff member (woman) was helping a whole family. The line continued to grow. It took 22-25 minutes for them to open another service desk. I ended up lining up, waiting, and nobody even called me over when it was my turn (I was lined up on the far right side and the guy who finally opened a service desk was all the way at the left side, so I did not see him since I had been waiting for 22+ minutes and I had stopped scanning for the next available banker). He didn't even say "NEXT PERSON OVER HERE PLEASE", he just opened up, barely waved, NEVER said anything, and so it was someone behind me who had to tell me that it was my turn.
He was a nice dude, didn't know his name, but he should have SPOKEN UP to get the line moving. Like hello? How do you even deal with the elderly that come in if you barely give an audible/visual signal?
Excluding him, your staff are very slow and very rude at this branch. Who are you hiring? Monkeys could do better. Your staff are more interested in hiding in the back than helping (plus that old lady I mentioned earlier never got help and so continued hoarding the only functional ATM).
Fix your branch at Burlington Centre, TD. You are poorly staffed, and the staff you have are not here to serve us, but to act like they don't see you. You are not superior for working at a bank

I had gurbhej, very unprofessional. He looked at my account and started asking me private questions about his brother and getting training to be a dentist instead of helping me with any of my needs. Disgusting invasion of privacy. Waste of time! Do better TD

As a loyal long time TD customer (more than 40 years), as a senior living in Burlington on a fixed income, and as the price of gas along with everything else has escalated out of control, I am extremely disappointed that this branch of TD has moved into the Burlington Mall. For seniors, it is very difficult to find parking, it is almost impossible to read the outside ATM screen when the sun is brightly shining directly onto the screen, and for some seniors the walking distance from (finally) finding a parking spot to the point of entry into the mall entrance can be challenging. I can't wait until the winter months when there is snow and ice all over the parking area! Why TD made this decision is beyond my comprehension.especially since TD already tried this once and ended up moving to the building on Prospect. Now I drive to other branches that are far more easily accessed.but definitely costs me more in gas. Very disappointed in this TD branch.

Only 2 staff working on Friday and Saturday's when it's the busiet days of the week. As 6 of us stood in line, 1 staff was working and taking clients as the other had a good 8 mins of talking and catching up with a client. So really only 1 staff works on Friday and Sat. Poor management!

I had a really great experience with Eshita Ghelani she was really helpful and professional took her time help me alot to open and account her hard work can't be not noticeable I really appreciate you Eishita for all your help and love to see such wonderful hard working people

New location in the mall. Been there 3 times. No joke. 20minute wait everytime. Only saving grace is the cute attendant. Strongly considering moving my money. Unless they hire more people fast.

Absolutely the worst. Have gone in the last month, 1- to get a credit card, its been 4 weeks- nothing.
2- sent a wire transfer, been sending them for years. They tell me it will get there 4-5 days. 11 days now and nothing. Followed up 5 times including this morning. Got a call last Friday, the compliance department is holding the funds pending review. Today the funds were released on Sept 7, todays before they told me it is under review. Now they say 10 business days, we don`t know where the money is but think it maybe in NY. The terms on the wire transfer clearly states 10 business days, Please show me where, TD- Not sure, I can not find it.so for now $5000,00 missing with no support from this bank. They keep giving me run around. Garbage customer support after being with them over 15 years. Taking all money out of here and changing banks.

Visited the new TD Branch at Burlington Mall the other day as a prospective client. I was initially hesitant to bring my business here as a result of negative feedback received from others. I am pleasantly surprised I offered them the opportunity to earn my business.

As a member of a profession where personal service is absolutely integral, it is fair to say I have very high - though entirely reasonable - expectations for the quality of service at client-oriented businesses.

In brief, I have never had cause to leave a bank feeling the assistance I received was more than adequate. My experience with Katie and Nic upended this trend.

Nic was the first person with whom I interacted. Unlike many individuals in his position he was friendly, cheerful, and genuinely interested in his work. Nic set me up with Katie to complete my query, including a credit card application.

I was pleased to find Katie, the Personal Banking Associate, equally cordial and lively. She offered candid advice regarding my options, ensuring I was comfortable and fully informed throughout the process. Importantly, I always felt Katie took my questions and concerns seriously. Never did I feel rushed to a decision in the interest of subsequent clients, nor that her attention was not fully focused on my needs.

Katie was extremely professional and the advice she rendered resulted in my financial gain - informing me of a new customer offer of which I was unaware and would not otherwise been able to take advantage of.

Based on my experience with Katie and Nic, I am somewhat surprised this branch suffers from such a mediocre reputation. However, if TD Corporate sees fit -as it should - to hire and promote more individuals with their disposition and competence, I cannot believe this will be a long-term ailment.

I would highly recommend Katie to my friends and colleagues, and suggest that anyone seeking banking services at this branch ask for her.

Sheetal Bhalla is by far the best branch Manager I have ever worked with. We were having issues and she went out of her way to help us.

Two locations closed, new street and prospect.
The convineince that I once celebrated is now gone.
I'm so disappointed. I feel sorry for everyone typing into Google to find this location CLOSED but still being listing as open.

The new location is the worse and the most low budge, cost cutting move if I do day so myself.
Who want to take out $1000, $2000 or $50 with no where to block your pin

In the middle of the parking lot. THE ATM IS OUTSIDE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOTT!
