TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

On March 23, I went back to the bank to conduct three transactions, one of them complicated, and I was angry, but the bank employee received me calmly, with a smile and welcome, and the employee began to process my requests and spent a lot of time to help me. I extend all my thanks and respect to the female employee, Tabarak, for her good performance and her keenness on the bank’s reputation and meeting customers’ requests.

Gabe Krynicki was extremely unpleasant, rude, and would not serve the elderly lady in front of me or myself. She refused the lady in front of me who was trying to withdrawl her own funds, because she did not request the funds in USD yet mentioned she may vacation to the states. She refused me to deposit two cheques for a business I've been with for 4 years. She was very disrespectful and vulgar.

Had a great appointment with Rajat. He was extremely helpful, and went above & beyond to ensure my financial goals were met!

Online it says to come in with my Driver licence, when I arrived I was told that the website and emails I got were all incorrect and that I have to come back with two pieces of ID, guy at the desk had no customer service skills and seemed uninterested

Gabriella and Raein were very helpful in helping me out! Took their time, I got the end result I was looking for and made my Friday much easier! Cheers folks.

Very bad customer service, the worst place I have ever been to, I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Waited 25 minutes in line in the afternoon, watched the tellers struggle to figure out the simple task of resetting my pin and was eventually told to phone in to do it. Brutal service.

In consistent customer service especially by the manager. Don't take my word for it look at the overall rating. I'd give zero if I could.

Customer service and the manager is so bad, after 20 years with TD I am switching banks. Surprised the manager of this place has a job.

Over an hour on hold for customer service = lazy employees who don't give a s@#t about customers. More of a td review then branch but meh

Negative stars. 3 people I talked to at this branch don't know how to do their effing jobs. And the assistant manager doesn't know how to call back.
Communication between their clients and them is very sad and disappointing.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Jane Mackie and she gave a horrendous attitude because I changed my mind on my investing options. She even said "why did you even come then" all because I did not follow through. Terrible woman

So happy this branch is opened Saturday during covid! Makes things easier for me since most branches close at 6pm.

Always liked doing business in this branch until today:) I had a bad experience with me trying to withdraw some cash from my business account to buy some US dollars. I needed cash and staff insisted that they can only do a money order as their machines wont let them withdraw above the daily limit as per staff statement.well sorry but that is not my problem. I just felt that i was trying to beg for my own money (I only seen this in third world country) Anyway they wanted me to come back tomorow to get it.i refused because the prices of us currency changes every min. And i already locked in the price. Anyway i ended up closing one of the account bacause my money was not there for me when i needed it the most.

Came in 5 days after my mother passed and was brought in to Sebastians office, he had no clue what he was doing and threw my moms last will and testament across the table at me laughing and saying this means nothing. He was wrong. On so many levels. He failed to start the process with the estates department. No one seems to care at TD bank when I talk to them about his behaviour. He is a detriment to this branch. Avoid him. This was my second time dealing with him. The first time my mom was cashing some rrsps two years ago, he did nothing but bad mouth everyone he worked with, said his manager was an idiot and that he couldn't wait to leave that week for something better. I guess after two years he had just been hired back. Still had nothing good to say about anyone. The highland branch is just better in every way.

I had some simple questions and the branch manager answered in a very rude and disprespectful tone. While sitting with the manager, he walked out and answered a phone call. If this is how he treats a former TD employee, I can only imagine how he treats TD customers.

This bank use to be good when it opened years ago but I have to say that the turnover in staff is so great and it seems as no one knows what’s going on so I choose to go to a different branch. It’s too bad because this branch is in my neighbourhood.
