TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The place smells like piss all the time & the staff can be pretty rude. I only stop here when I'm on this side of town and I regret it every time. Just use the ATM outside.

Just made a call and got helps from Ms. Christian. She is very helpful, patient, and professional. Loves her spoken speed for answering all of the questions. It helps me to understand easily.

Very nice staff, helpful and accurate.
Everyone is nice at this branch and they go above and beyond to render a better service.
The branch manager I believe her name is Francis, is an amazing person and of course Michael, one of the associates who is so kind and polite.

Very disappointed, called yesterday booked a phone appointment for nov 17 @4 today with Jeremy Hon, 1hr 40 mins later no phone call or email saying hey I'm running late or anything. So unprofessional, I'll be taking my business else where for my lending needs. A simple call or anything was apparently to much to do. Even when I called the branch the girl that answered the phone didn't even know where Jeremy was? What a way to to treat customers.

So fed up with this branch and TD in general. My brother and I have had to deal with our late Father's banking and investments and after MANY trips over there (hours away for both of us) nothing seems to get accomplished. We've given them every piece of paper they required, signed dozens of documents and every time we feel we've accomplished something, we find out nothing was accomplished.
Why do they still have a deceased persons contact info when it should be ours? So that means all correspondence has been going to a random stranger who lives in his old house? This has been going on since Jan 2021. Every time we call there, it's someone different and as a result we always get told the incorrect information.

Once all his affairs are settled we will be moving the remainder of his accounts to another financial institution. He banked with TD for over 30 years.

Agree with the other reviewer. The branch manager was not responsive at all. I had a case of bounced foreign chq that did not go through. Both very helpful and patient front desk staff escalated my request to the manager on different occasions for the same issue months apart. You can imagine how responsive they are. I did not hear from the manager at all! They did have my phone number. Manager had no courtesy to even keep me updated of the situations. Worst still bank charged me for exchange lost for money I did not get obviously due to bounced chq. The manager finally appeared on my third attempt in this same branch. She gave me an impression that TD is a domestic bank - she told us the wrong thing! We went to RBC next door the assist manager's international banking knowledge was a contrast between TD and RBC within 3 minutes of chatting with him. So much about one of the major banks in Canada.
