TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

10 AM, normal morning, 2 employees with 10 people in line everyone getting upset, they have 5 tils only 2 people here to use them, what's the point of having more if you aren't going to have them filled

You can drive through and draw your money from the ATM. The only challenge is that you have to open the door and drag yourself to the ATM and push yourself hard to use the machine.

Came in this morning to ask about an error I was getting while transferring some funds. The lady named Sally was very rude and unhelpful. She continuously showed us attitude and didn’t even know what she was doing. Luckily, the Manager came and told us what was wrong and thoroughly explained the issue. Aparna (the manager) was great to work with.

What a awe full experience I got yesterday as I walked in at 6.30 pm to take a draft of my own money as TD refinance my mortgage and my TD Mortgage Advisor disbursed the funds in their branch GL account and when I asked them for a draft, they refused me as non of the manager was available in that branch who can release my funds and when I asked for wire transfer they refused me as non of them was expert or trained to complete the wire transfer process, if nothing is functional then what’s the purpose to open the branch till 8.00 pm? I walked in this branch all the way from Bowmanville to take my own funds! Is this fair with me to charge the interest on that money which they were unable to realize in a timely manner. What a awful service!

I had a bad experience with a teller and MCS at this branch. My card mysteriously gets detached from my account profile 2 times now. I personally think they are doing this. They really should review the staff hiring at this branch. Some of the staff is really nice but there is always 1 bad apple. TD should just close that branch.

I don't trust this bank, the staff is very close to the kids at Brother Andre. Schemes to steal. I hope my bank account is safe.

Managers are terrible and don't have any customer service skills. Staff are stupid and slow. (I don't understand what standards TD Bank uses to hire).
