TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Often a long line and long wait for customer service, but there are lots of green machine atms avaialble

This place is a joke, always used to come to this bank to do my transactions but I switched over to the one by morrow rd, I was waiting In line for 20 mins to do a simple transaction, 3 tellers open and a line almost going out the door, all the tellers were talking about they're life and conversating about non sense, they're was an older lady waiting, sitting in the chair and No one served her, it's like they forgot, she litterly got up and got back in line

This branch has horrible customer service. I was waiting for a teller with my toddler, I was the next in line and 3-4 tellers were standing behind the desk and talking. No one made eye contact or acknowledged the people in line. They then closed tellers right at 5pm and now one else came for another 5 minutes. This is terrible service. Talking amongst coworkers when you have a line of people is u nprofessional. I use TD for all my banking needs and its becoming harder and harder to deal with anyone. Very disappointed.

Work late all the time and the banks close early what the hell happend to opened late what happed to 9: 00

I could not be happier with this branch! April the manager and her awesome team of tellers and financial advisors went above and beyond to provide the best service to me. They understood my situation, took the time to listen, and took action right away to ensure my needs were met. Liya and Emily called me to provide updates and April was so kind to get her team on board to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you all!

I have never been to a slower branch in my life. Excessively long wait times with 1-2 tellers maximum.
