TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The worst TD branch I am a customer of TD since 2010 with Good Standing but today once I went to the branch they deal as I am no body. I gave a draft from TD to someone as loan and after 10 days the guy returned same amount from same acount as draft the customer manager Mandeep put it on hold for 5 days and told me there is no difference in Cheque and Certified Draft.
I was not allowed to meet the manager.
With heavy heart shifting my all accounts from TD to BMO.
I wish TD take care of customers and give customer service training to its staff.

Wish I can do a 0 star however that is not possible. I came to td bank today to withdraw money however when I wanted to ask a question about the verification of my identity I was met with a very rude manager (Mandeep Pharmaha) and staff. I have been going to td for over 3 decades… Three. And this is by far the worst branch. I am sorry for whoever owner of this branch because of the constant and reviews of the manager.

I would give -5 stars to this branch. There’s no communication among themselves when you book the appointment. I clearly communicated that I’ll be 15 mins late to appointment booking person and that person didn’t communicate further to the person I had an appointment with. So advisor attended someone else. They made me wait 30 mins, then they come to me and said ohh I’m sorry I didn’t know, can you wait another 30 mins. I just kept wasting my time (more than an hour). These branch people don’t respect customer time. So disappointed ️ I would never recommend anyone to this branch and probably to TD itself. Customer service at its lowest!

Very helpful, all advisors we spoke to were happy to assist and didn't keep us waiting. Nasir was professional and kept us in the loop with regular emails.

Gave all documents for morgage preaproval. After 3 weeks i came to know they didnt even start application. Wasted my time.

Just a disgusting branch of employees, rude and dont know how to listen, TD bank has fallen in customer service, TO THE BOTTOM. Half the time most the 2 women managers are just sitting around talking or sitting in the back while 2 tellers do all the work.

The people forget they are here to serve us. They think they work for the Federal Reserve of canada protecting all the gold in the world or something. RELAX.

The financial service reps are satisfactory, but the manager and tellers are strong at this branch.

I met with Vinit Nagpal (assistant manager) at this location on March 30 with regards to my company account. I sent him an email three weeks ago with some important questions to complete the requested help but never got a response. I later called and left a detailed voicemail message advising a call back but he never returned my call either. During my face to face meeting he presented as standoffish and uncooperative. It is outrageous and frustrating to see how management works here. The staff needs to be client oriented and helpful. We give them business, not the other way around. Very sad!

TODAY I WENT TO DEPOSIT MY CHEQUE DUE TO SOME REASONS APP WAS NOT WORKING WHEN I WENT THE BANK SUPERVISOR/MANAGER DENIED TAKING CHEQUE BY MENTIONING THAT SHE CAN’T TAKE A CHEQUE IF YOU ARE DEPOSITING THROUGH APP AND SHE WONT RELEASE FUNDS BECAUSE FROM PAST 1 YEAR I AM USING APP AND NEVER CAME IN PERSON SO THAT EFFECTS THE RELATIONSHIP “ I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IF WE USE APP AND COME IN PERSON HOW DOES THAT EFFECT THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE BANK “ JUST BECAUSE OF THIS LADY ME AND ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE CLOSING OUR TD BUSINESS ACCOUNTS …. I WENT TO THEIR OTHER BRANCH RIGHT AFTER THIS AND THEY TOOK MY CHEQUE SO WHOSOVER IS THE MANAGER HERE IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS JUST DONT WORK ….

Very bad customer service i booked an appointment to open an business account after waiting a guy showed up said we donot open business accounts in banks. And said you have to call td will open account on phone and appointment is after 14 days.they dont even open accounts in bank.

Used to have good service generally, but the service has turned pathetic from the past 4-5 months. Ill trained people, super slow service. Only 1-2 ppl to assist rest of the counters are empty.

Horrible experience. Tellers will try to rush you. They make mistakes. Then they make you wait to correct the mistake they made.
Manager Arjun was not helpful

Me and my partner had a very nice service from Mr. Nitish. We opened up a joint account and Nitish answered all our questions. He gave us all the required information as we were new to TD and took us in the very last minute without appointment.

I chose to come to this location as it was the closest to me, and experienced some of the worst customer service possible by Nitish. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, I recommend that nobody do any business with him. The simple transaction that he refused to complete, was handled without a problem at the Queen and Chinguacousy location. Save your time and go there.
