TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Hello I am very sad to say I am having a continuous bad experience with a front desk service person who has started for a about 1 year now and I have been doing business with this branch for almost 20 year and his face ruins my day every day I never make bad review for the people but this guy in the picture deserve it he is direspectful with customer service and needs to do training again and is a bad representative of TD bank

Its 4: 35pm on a Tuesday, there is not just 1 but 2 giant signs that say "We can help you with business banking".
So I stand right in front of it hoping someone can help me.

The guy at a computer next to the sign says I have to get in the regular line. I read the sign to him and then he says he is done for the day.

So I line up in the regular line and watch the guy that's supposed to be working in the business line leisurely walk around and talk to his colleagues. When I finally reach the teller, I ask what time the business line closes. He says "5pm but I guess no one is there right now. ".

I might look young but I have a business to run and time is money. I pay a lot of monthly banking fees and transaction banking fees to maintain my business and I expect that to return to me by means of good fast service.

Everything about this was unprofessional and a really bad look for a big bank.

Worst service ever!
Was asked 6 security questions, with photo id. And 3 E checks, (electrical) dispute banking with TD for 20 yrs plus.
Customer service 1/10
Power trip refusing to provide me with a card. Lack of communication to their customers of 'updates procedures. '
Lack of understanding and patience. Failure to resolve problems in a professional manner. Sandra, was able to forcully resolve the issue however Saddya' refused to assist.

TD was a true Trademark back in the days.with respectful towards, the agents that were time sensitive, understanding.
Line up of customers total process took 45 mins plus.

Staff are less than accommodating. On their phone whilst at their desks. If you are on break leave the premises. Most unfriendly bunch of people. Only go there when I’m in the area.

Perhaps all need to be retrained, including management.

The worst branch ever. Every time I spend so much time there to do business transaction that others do quickly and easy plus they charged more. So if you have a business account in TD DO NOT COME to this branch.

Don’t go there. They can’t help you with anything. I want to give 0 star. Such a poor customer service

Under Construction only one Entrance the other Entrance Working on the Pavement 3 ATM 2 wasn't Working eventually the other ATM went out of Service

Walked into the bank today to submit a drs, was on the phone with waterhouse before my visit to the branch and they specifically said go to the branch and provide the completed form and have them fax it to waterhouse no appointment need. Anyways met the financial advisor at the first booth he asked me if i had an appointment then said tellers cant do this job has to be done by an advisor, told him my advisor was on vacation same branch he didnt care wanted me to book an apointment and come next day even when he was not in a metting but kept saying everyone is busy.lazy plump guy anyways went to the branch at wincot dr and Daniel theere assisted me with easy i was done in 5 min ironic considering i spent 10 minutes arguining with this fool.people like these need to be fired or demoted.

Decent Customer Service.
Kavita is amazing and should train new hires with Polite and friendly manners.there manin reason this branch gets a 2

Gonna have to review this branch again as there is 11 customers in line, and evidently short staffed.

11 people in line, been waiting for 25 plus mins.short staff.
Service must improve.especially with its execution with each client. Photos clearly indicate the SL Service Level.
Was Greeted by Karan, to be advised differently then online with deposits.
Her Customer was overall good and timely and informative execution. Bring up the review due to her efforts.

Excellent customer services, Luvleenkaur help me to activate my online bank account, she’s super nice and humble person. Thank you so much for assisting me today.

Manager JACOB is extremely poor the way how he deal, will not recommend this branch to any one and TD should have some training for Jacob on customer services.

Went today to do a simple ATM deposit and there's a line up outside. Okay no problem; but there's no one there to tell you what the lineup is actually for! No signage, nothing! So after waiting and seeing numerous people come out, myself and a few others peeked inside, and it turns out if you need to just use the ATM you can butt the line. Would've been nice knowing that earlier, especially in the cold! Many people have mobility issues and standing in the cold can only worsen that. Maybe just something for TD to think about. Otherwise, it's a typical bank!

For the most part this bank aint that bad customer service is terrible people r rude bankers do need to learn on how to listen.

Worst Branch. Advised me with fake professional advice due to which I ended up getting rejected for my application which screwed my credit score.

This branch is rip off.
They want to hold bank draft for 5 days n then want them to pay for certification 10$ or 15$

Worst TD Bank

Very poor customer service. Wont deposit certain cheque’s and then deposits others with cash seperately. Does not match up with my corporate deposits, I have problems banking every time with this branch. Staff is unprofessional and rude, very filthy premises with poor upkeep. Manager also took her mask off to raise her voice at me, I had to remind her to wear it.

Mediocre at best. I guess it's the neighborhood and lack of english speaking people that use it that made this branch horrible to go to for anything but atm access
