TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Straight up horrendous management. The branch is empty and the manager is not even willing to hold accountability for TD dragging my wire transfer by over 10 days. I made it clear to her that it's urgent and they just wouldn't understand. I got my transaction completed at another branch without their unnecessary appointment BS. All they needed to do is to simply call the TD Cross border line to confirm that I'm authenticated so they unlock my account. The entire process wouldn't have taken them more than 10 minutes. What an embarrassment this branch is.

Used to be with TD until I was somehow transferred to a new plan for $50/month. Their arguement was that they put me on their best plan according to my usage history. I wasn't refunded the $150 I was charged and I was disrespected when I mentioned I was switching banks. Disgusting behaviour all around.

I would never recommend TD to anyone.

I swapped to RBC and don't pay any monthly fees. They're also open far more often and way more respectful than anyone at TD.
