TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

What a waste of branch! First experience with TD and horrible. Wasted my 1 week but couldn’t open a business account. Is it 2023 or 1983?

Very cooperative staff. Great location. Enough space for customers. I need to make a wire transfer, but the tailor guy directed me to a different counter. I waited first to reach the Tailor guy and then had to wait for the person to help in wire transfer. Last time, a different branch, everything was in one place. The branch nust train the staff on all kinds of customer service. Yanique was helpful to make the wire transfer and also told me that I had preapproved over draft limit.

I Had an appointment on the 8th of December the staff i met stated she will call within two days with an answer, today is the 15th of December she never returned the call. I had to call the branch ask for her and discuss my matter.
Not so surprised since lots of businesses can drop from a high performance super service to the lowest performance and weakest service.
I am taking my decision within the coming days not to change branch but to change the bank.
No more TD may be you need to start taking real care of your customers.

I'd rather open a business account at the dumpster nearby. Inconsistent information is given to clients. No respect for long term clients of TD.

Oh what an injustice to such a conveniently located branch! From tellers to branch manager, one trumps the other with their incompetancy. Tried to overly charge me on a fee without reviewing all the facts.and this is the 2nd time in the last few months. Shoutout to my local branch at Markham and Lawrence for shining above all.

Absolutely TERRIBLE bank, wait times on the phone is 1-2 hours easy. Try to resolve it in the branch? Oh sorry we can’t help you with that, continue to hold on your phone, lol.

Banking fees are some of the highest.

Expect long lines during lunch time and over the weekend due to COVID-19 protocols. Very friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you.

I want to give zero mark or minus mark. Worst td brunch ever ever ever. Teller and manager are super rude. I used td almost 10 years but now I switched main bank because of them. Super ever disappointed.

I have not been to the bank in a few months and I wanted to say that I found that the protocols taken to ensure safety to public and at the same time quick and efficient service were excellent the day I went. (WED AUG. 12TH)
The tellers, including the security guard were courteous and very helpful. This was of great value to me as I had been there twice in one hour picking up necessary bank information to be delivered on a short timeline.
They made it less stressful for me.
I appreciate that.
