I must express my profound disappointment with TD Bank's (St. Clair and Lansdowne) service.

Previously, my financial advisor was efficient. However, my experience with the new advisor is entirely different. I met with her, explained my concerns, and emphasized urgency. She assured me she understood and would send a receipt for the documents I forwarded.

Now, over a week later, there’s been total silence – no receipt, no acknowledgment. This lack of communication is alarming, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of financial matters.

I'm disheartened to see such a dip in service quality. Prompt communication is fundamental in banking, and the absence of it here undermines my trust in TD Bank.

TD Bank, please take this as an urgent call to improve communication and uphold the service standards that customers expect and deserve.

Absolutely horrendous and sitting outside of the front door for 20 minutes bank is still not open at 9: 20. What a joke. This place is.

I believe their unofficial motto here is "over promise, under deliver". They completely miss-set expectations and fail to come through.
I will avoid any future dealings with this branch and TD in general based on my experience.

Just avoid at all costs. Every time I’ve come here is because it’s something I can’t do online and there’s always a new person who never knows what they’re doing. It triples the time you’re there because they have to consult the other person and then try and consult again. I had to tell the guy multiple times what he was doing because he didn’t how to handle US cheques and it was a waste of my time. This happens every single visit, they seem to have high turn over rate because it’s always new people there.

I’ve gone to other banks to ask for a help with a certain circumstance, and they all were useless. Even called the customer service line, just to be on there for an hour being transferred to different specialist who in the end, didn’t help me AT ALL.
- Ramon. (I think that’s his name) is awesome! He helped me with all my bank inquiries and was super nice as well! 5 star because Everything was fast, efficient & great customer service!

I must say that I had a very bad experience 1 week ago, therefore I did the TD survey and I was contacted immediately by Manju, she was amazing! I just want to thank her for her wonderful customer service, she was very efficient, proactive and gave a very fast solution. I wish there were more employees like her. The other employees of the bank are also very nice, respectful and always greet people. Thank you Manju

This is a very good location. Staff are excellent and highly professional. I recommend this as your bank.
