TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst bank ever. Worst service ever. Always an issue spending your OWN money. Ewwwww would give it a 0 if I could. No help can be offered at branch’s, they always want you to do an hour long wait on the phone. Very disgusting to say the least. Useless! Better off with a piggybank

I had a bad experience with this bank. Was with my dad he need a little help to translate on some things and they said I need some government paper work to help my dad. I will not be coming back to this bank.

Service is always fast, employees always answer my questions thoroughly making sure I understand
Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I constantly have to call or come into the branch to confirm my identity because my card keeps getting put on hold

Bad for lining up outside. Was hottest day ever.no shade. Inside staff helped and were. Fast and friendly

I can't believe people like this actually deal with the public, if you don't like your job quit and do something else, don't spread your anger and misery to people who struggle with their own life issues.

This branch is where I opened my first Canada Trust account back in the early 80's kept the account after TD Canada Trust came in years later. Moved to Guelph for 20 years and when I moved back to Brantford I went straight to the downtown branch on Market Street. All the staff there are great never had a problem one time. Lori helps me with all my business deposits as other tellers do to sometime they are not easy to do, but they get through it with a smile. Another person I have had the pleasure to deal with was Michelle Annis she helped me set up an account and went above and beyond to help.

I wasn't pleased this evening when I was in the middle of a transaction and asked for my driver's license. I asked what for and was told my information was being updated. I should have been informed about the reason for asking for my license and what info was being taken. Just another personal information grab by a big corporation. This was in intrusion and poorly handled by the cashier. I usually enjoy the service from TD but not this evening.

- Andy & Hillary: Andy, our son loves playing peek-a-boo with you and you and Hillary (I hope I spelled your name correctly) really made us feel comfortable at the branch and made my son smile ear-to-ear. Just a wonderful and positive experience with you both!

- Security Guard (name unknown) : Always welcoming my family with a smile and ensuring we have been helped. Much appreciated!

Just had a terrible experience with one of your tellers. Ignorant and rude. Went to another branch and had a better experience. Sad I've been banking with this company for ten plus years and no body deserves that kinda treatment especially a good customer

Great service and the one worker
Lady is always so nice to my kids. That makes a big difference when you have 3 young ones with you.
