TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Absolutely worst branch I've visited, lines are horrible. 5 tellers and a manager working this evening and 1 person knows what their doing. Manager cant even print out a bank card.dresses and talks like a punk kid jeans and a muscle shirt. Attitude. Not well spoken. Looks like he belongs in the front door of a dive bar. No business being a bank manager. Waited over an hour to get a bank card only to be denied. Drove 15 minutes to the next branch and had a bank card in 5 mins flat. I see now why this is the worst rated branch in Barrie. Management is absolutely unprofessional and doesn't have a clue what he's doing. Get rid of him. The branch is losing customers every day with that clown running the show.

Mark and Hafiza went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs. They fully cleared up any confusion along with taking their time with me as a teenager. Definitely recommend them both for anything! Will be back.thank you guys again

Worst bank ever. No access to indoor bank machines after hours. Have to use the drive through which is terrible for the environment and the machine outside is not truck friendly. I have to actually get out to use it. I was just there and it would give me nothing but 5 dollar bills. Will never go back

Beyond frustrated with this branch location. Been using this location for many years for my business and personal banking with minimal issues but it’s seems over this past year or so it’s gone down hill. I do most of my banking through the ATM machines and with their Drive through ATM machine always down, brutal and the ATM machines inside are now only open certain hours which don’t suit my hours. Why do I pay fees to TD for me not able to do my banking through one of their closest branches to me? If I have to use a different location maybe I should just use a different bank financial institution all together.

We have been TD customers for 30 years and are currently receiving the most impersonal service we have ever received. We are dealing with a mortgage Manager that has not made an effort to get to know us and treats us without the respect we had in the past. I wish I had read the reviews before starting this process. Currently 2.6 and dropping. I will be moving my accounts.

The staff was no help at all.the drive up machine doesn't work. You can't use the inside machine after hours, why am i paying all these bank fees when nothing at this branch works.so now i gotta go to a non td bank machine that will cost me more bank fees to use thanks to YOU. I've never been to a 3rd world country but I assume their banks are run better than this one.

The Drive through Green machine is constantly out of service! Many complaints but still the issue exists.

This branch NEVER EVER answers their phone. Worst customer service ever. Can’t even find the branch managers name. Had to call TD customer service support line and they gave ma a last name only, but still no extension to use. DON’T BANK with TD!

It seems very strange that the walk-in ATM is closed after hours but the Drive-Thru ATM is open after hours. Second, after a very upsetting phone call with the Branch Manager, who insinuated I was to blame for a TD C/Card issue, I closed all my accounts with TD the next day. After being a TD customer for 20 years, his patronizing attitude and insensitivity was truly insulting. The tellers at this branch are great, by the way. I will miss the people at this branch, but I am no longer a TD Bank customer.

Horrible, horrible experience trying work with this branch. Both my parents have passed away this year and I was the POA and now the executor of their estates. EVERY single time I go into the branch to pay bills or return funds for the estate I get asked if I notified the bank of my parents passing. My dad died 9 months ago and his assets have already gone through TD's estate department. Also every time I try to bank on the estate's behave I get the run around and informed I am missing some paper work or the particular task can't be performed in that branch. Lack of training, lack of skill and total apathy for serving their customers. No issues at Ardagh branch so it is not company policy. Just a horrible experience during trying times.

It's time to change my bank after over 35 years having account with TD Bank. I'm starting to think that I'm getting more mistreatment than before. It is getting harder now to even deposit our checks. Teller is always new with no limit to deposit are hard work money, and I always have to wait for a manager to approve our deposits. For God's sake I deposit, I am not taking money out. Why so much aggrevation.
Everyone so far is nice in almost all TD banks. But the big problem is that for few years TD bank keep changing the staff, and decreasing staff, and it is creating a very big problem specially with business accounts. One Star is for TD not the staff. It is becoming harder to deal with TD Bank with regards to any account especially business accounts which forcing us to change our bank after 35 years. Today I waited 45 minutes just to do a simple deposit. Only two clerk where in the bank. Just two years ago they were at least six or seven staff serving people. Do not blame this on covid.

Horrible customer service. No consistency in standards. A transaction that normally takes 3 mins is denied after being made to wait for 90 Mins for no reason.

Came in to get my card looked at as was under a suspended status. I approached a young girl in the office beside the tellers desk with strawberry blonde long hair to see if she could look and tell me why. She dismissed me and told me to line up. Not helpful at all. CIBC provides much better service.
