This is the worst TD branch, do not go to this branch, you are better off going to Barrie. They are very unhelpful, very unprofessional, they always have an excuse. The manager is very unhelpful, rude and needs more training on how to deal with customers and there accounts. Will not go back again.

Worst possible bank there is. I have been a loyal customer for over 50 years. Not helpful, don't care about long term customers, the branch in Innisfil should have a clean out of staff and try again.

Definitely the worst branch in a whole Ontario!
Wanted to deposit a cheque from my regular customer he has a td account as well and the said they will place it on hold
Any branch I’ll go now even in Barrie they will release this money right away
Working hours in this branch is inadequate as well
Stay away from this play and from its manager in particular it’s a awful customer service

The branch is only open Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm?
I needed a simple mortgage statement and was told I had to wait 5 business day?
Seriously, in 2023 there are much better banking options out there!

Horrible service, wouldn't let me get a new bank card without a drivers license.but if I give them my phone number it's all good.nice security

This location is horrible and gives an awful name to TD Bank. Not one employee in this location has any sort of sympathy when it comes to a death in the family. Because of the horrible service at this specific branch, I will be closing anything TD related. NEVER BANK WITH TD CANADA TRUST.

Terrible experience.
I waited for 5 sec at the information desk that they installed in the middle of the room. Then I head someone yelling something like: excuse me, heelo Sir.
As I was busy on my phone writting something I thought this is for sure not my call since no one is standing infront of me behind the counter. A few seconds later the shouts continued and as I finished my work on the phone waiting at the information stand that was not attended by anyone I decided to turn around and see who is yelling in the bank like its a metal work company or almost like a construction site. Then I see two young gentlemen that probably missed the physics class since they were yelling at the counter for me from behind a covid safty glass. I guess their yelling must had been louder at the counter side were their colleagues worked and I think a manager was working as well.

Anyhow. I looked at them and they waved their hands to come over. As I approached them they shouted on how they can help me. I told them that I usually dont yell across the room, specially not at a financial institution.

There was no apology or self correction for them yelling across the bank. Besides I am a TD customer for over 12 years and this is definitely not the way to interact with a client.

So I asked for an advisor in regards to my account and I was told that I need an appointment. It is clear that I would need one so I asked for the first available slot. Then I am being told that they are booked out till next week.

Question becomes why I pay service fees when there is no service. Not from the advisors or the team on site.

Just a really bad experience in total.
I think I might have to switch banks at this point.

THE MACHIENE NEEVVEERR WORKS! Then if I want to use the teller, the lines are always long and very slow. Ridiculous.

Went to this branch to pay my line of credit in full amount after paying it in full the Teller closed my line of credit permanently. She said they will reactivate the account next 24 hour but it's been 3 weeks and still nothing plus I have to call the customer care and they haven't returned my call either. Looks like I have to apply for line of credit and start from the beginning. I been with TD for 15 years.

I just need my small business account direct deposit and they said no we can’t provide u its just online … when i find we can’t print small business online … there is no way to do that online a.speak with td easy web they said no it will print in bank only

A big thanks to branch staff member Kim for her help today on a mess created by TD Bank. Customer Service couldn't help, another branch couldn't or wouldn't help, Kim saved the day. I presented her with a huge mess and a lot of frustration on my part. I can't say anything good about how TD handled this aside from Kim, she was great and managed to resolve all my issues. Thank you Kim.

Tellers at this branch were at one time friendly. Today, the 2 staff I dealt with at this branch were brutal. The banking machine has more personality.

Worst bank experience ever, I came 30 min before opening and was kicked out from lobby because it's a bank policy and then manager told me to wait in my car, because waiting in front of the bank door on the street is against policy too and he would have to call the police. Managers name is Nico and He will be getting a message from the head office for being rude.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Went to another branch in Vaughan, the issue was resolved within 5 minutes.

Not to friendly, make sure you ask any questions on their terms, before they say you have an attitude, the attitude is theirs, (older female clerk) name with held.
