TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Use the ATM. It's the friendliest, most knowledgable thing in the building.

I've accepted that any bank I choose is going to extort me with fee after fee and offer me little to nothing in return. TD, and this branch in particular, takes it a step further by holding your money hostage and providing the absolute worst service possible. The counter staff are inept and when you ask for someone who knows what they're doing you get the manager who proceeds to tell you, the customer, why you're wrong for wanting access to your money. It's nothing short of criminal the way this branch treats its customers.

You're better off burying your money in a coffee can. Seriously. With the pathetic interest they offer on savings accounts, the ridiculous interest on credit, and the fees upon fees upon fees, you are legitimately better off putting your money in the ground.

I have received incredible service from Fatina at the front. I am impressed by her knowledge and over and beyond service each time I was there.

I put money into the ATM at the bank and the ATM somehow didnt put the money into my account. Manager Anna was working and she was not helpful at all. She was so rude, didn't care that i just lost over $300 it was close to closing time so she just wanted me out of there so she could go home. Anna is the worst td manager i have every come into contact with. The employee serving me was great but when she needed help from the manager, Anna was extremely rude and unhelpful!

I usually go there and have a wonderful welcome and more than expected service.
