Be careful and make sure you know what you are signing. The financial advisor opened up accounts for me I didn't request. I only discovered this after on online banking. (They opened US investment accounts.i would never use them so i know i would not request them). I guess I put too much trust in the person. I wish I had the time to go back and speak with the manager about this. I was pretty upset when I saw these accounts.

Don't understand why this branch has such a low rate. I dealt with it days ago and I love the branch. The girl named Supriya is fantastic. Very nice and thoughtful. The manager of the branch is also considerate. The experience with this branch is much better compared with other banks or other TD branches. I recommend their service.

The drive through machine is poorly made. If you want to deposit cash, just don't go there. No matter how you put the money in. It just can't read it and spit it out.

Charging overdraft to students during COVID-19 with zero dollars in their bank account - I am standing outside Mcdonalds trying to get them to reverse 5 dollar fee. They offered $2.50 - not enough for a mcdouble I am trying to survive on for lunch. Thank you to my father who saved me.

The most slowest service at TD branch.just to deposit the cheque it took 25-30 mins.never coming here again

This branch is without a doubt the worst there's! The level of uselessness is impressive! I got to the point that I rather drive 15 kilometers away to another TD.

At this branch location they abuse costumes and are very rude and disrespectful! I do not recommend coming here and will not come again.

Customer service manager Matthew Pronski has provided such horrible service that we are reconsidering ever using TD Bank or affiliates indefinitely.

Drive thru machine took my $950 with my card. Saved money and decided to put in it the bank. Now I'm going to be late on my payment because of this stupid atm machine. That money was to pay my bills Please just go to the teller. It may be a little longer but you can trust them. TD Branch is great but this drive thru atm ruined my week
