Atm not open after 6pm on most weekdays, not open after 4pm on Saturdays, and not open at all on Sundays.

Basic credit card application was a whole fuss. Front desk attention was very rude wanted to give us an appt for another day when the bank was empty. Also the agent lack of cordialaty and cuality customer service in general.

We will just block your money because our website does not work, call us - it's the only way to unblock, customer support is so loaded that you'll wait for a couple hours even if you are abroad. TD Bank - pls close yourself! You are not a bank you are a scam!

The agents and the managers very not helpful and we’re not able to resolve issues. The online support team says one version and asks the bank to contact support team to be able to help the customer. But the managers of the bank were not ready to call the support team and they are kicking customers left to right without intentions to help. I spent more than 90 mins at the bank. I wish I knew whom to escalate the issue on these bank staff for refusing to help the customers.

FYI: on the same day I visited another branch and they helped me. This branch manager and staff doesn’t have the intentions to help customers.

New branch but they seem to be stuck in the 90s. It's a holiday and I get the bank being closed but the ATMS too? Ridiculous.

I just finished a phone appointment to do a mortgage pre-approval and I’m beside myself. Let me preface by saying I used to be a Senior Financial Advisor at a different TD years ago. I can appreciate that policies and procedures may have changed, but the level of customer service I was expecting should not have. I’m not going to name the Advisor I spoke with because this should be used as an opportunity to teach customer service at a branch level. Buying a home, especially your first home, should be a fun and exciting time. I used to take pride in being a part of the process in my clients’ lives. This was completely different: I had to constantly repeat myself/my information to where I felt like my Advisor wasn’t listening. When I tried to give information or ask for clarification on why certain documents were required, I kept getting cut-off/interrupted. I just got fed up and nearly hung up the phone. I told the Advisor straight-forwardly that this interaction was not going well and either just email me what needs to be done or transfer me to a different Advisor (which would have been preferred, at that point). I hope the Advisor and/or Branch Manager reads this and cancels my application, if I can’t do it myself. Terrible experience.

Effective Feb 3rd, they lock the doors to the ATMs. When I went there were several customers who came that were irritated at the locked doors, myself included. Silly to put a brand new branch here if it’s inaccessible to customers when it’s convenient for them.

Horrible customer service. I don't know about the rest of the staff but the manager is very rude. I went to him on two separate occasions and he was unnecessarily rude both times.

I just read a hurtful review about Maria Arlotto. I have dealt with Maria as our financial advisor all my adult life, maybe 30 years or more. You couldn't ask for a more attentive, personal, friendly, clever advisor and person in the entire industry. Get a little patience and humility instead of me, me, me all the time.
