With an appointment taken one week before, and confirmation by email, no advisor was expecting me, and I waited for 30 minutes.

Consistently promoting worst customer experience. Unfortunately this branch is close to my house. The staff consistently delivers the worst customer experience. Rude, not helpful, ignorant staff and the managers.

I don't know why you guys have a phone in that branch because for the past 3 days, I've been calling the branch and no one is answering the phone or even listening to the voicemails,
