This location really the worst TD I’ve reached. They hold my bank draft for more than 15 business days. Also the staff is so rude in this location, the manager of this location refused to verify the status with the originates! I wish I can rate them zero!

Please don't waste your time and go to some other branch. The employees here don't care about customer service. They made me wait 45 minutes to tell me that they cannot service me. The counters were empty and nobody was at the reception either to direct you. Absolutely the worst TD branch ever.

Wish I could give this branch o star. They doesn’t care of customers and their time. I don’t know that they do in branch. I visited this branch couple of times but every time my experience is bad with them. So I don’t recommend anyone to go this branch. I think someone should work on it or the all employees.

A disgusting example of racial profiling.

When dealing with customers who are in good financial standing and have been banking with TD for over a decade, no cooperation is distributed to Black customers. I have experienced racial profiling on multiple occasions and even taken as far as to being withheld cheques that are worth less than $1,000 for multiple days. Cheques that my non-black friends and coworkers are cleared for within a few hours.

An extremely un-experienced staff and a manager who is only willing to problem solve when they are notified that their racist actions will not go unnoticed. The blatant racism and discrimination going on at the branch is so disappointing and needs to be addressed, immediately.

Long lines, only 2 tellers available. Management doesnt even make an effort to assist. Customers service is really at an all time low at this bank. BRANDON LAM I EMAILED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH ASKING TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, I GOT ONE RESPONSE ASKING FOR MY NUMBER. This morning i went to make a transfer but was told it could only b done by a financial advisor or by myself on line. I was upset so the teller gave me a telephone appointment with BRANDON LAM FOR 10: 30. UP TO 11: 05 HE HADNT CALL OR RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL. I WENT BACK TO TD AN ASK Y DIDNT HE CALL, , i spoke with the manager who took my card an never came back. Brandon as well never showed his face to apologize or anything. My thing its shouldnt matter if i have a penny in the bank or 1 million dollars. Everyone should b treated with respect an dignity. I want to kno if brandon lam owns the bank because he seems to answer to noone. Very bad poor customer service.

Very poor service. Only 3 wickets were open and a long line up, although there were so many of staff personnel moving around. The line up moved a person in 16 minutes. When it was asked more windows be open, someone showed up to say we are in contravention of the Covid protocols and brought out a signage of Covid rules; She asked about 8 of us to go out and wait in (a small) vestibule area. When customers protested she started asking their name, tel.no.and other info. This was clearly NOT the way of handling a situation. She refused to identified herself and hid her name tag with her hair. Much later after asking 3 times she gave her business card as G*n**p B*d*.

Indeed.very unprofessional. Needs to be taught of business manners. BTW, I am TD customer since 1985. It was the worst Manger I ever had dealt with.
I am surprised TD and TD Upper Management has not read these negative comments. I will certainly be avoiding this branch from now-on.

My family has been banking with TD for over 30 years and have a great relationship. The treatment we received today while in the branch was very disheartening and discouraging. I have no choice but to continue banking with TD due to commitments, however I will definitely avoid going to this branch again. I know people all make mistakes which was acknowledged by the manger, but to all customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. It’s horrible a feeling to be treated lesser than others. This Branch needs to do better. Scan through your customer profile and quickly review accounts before you paint a picture of the person you’re dealing with.

Hii im harpreet singh.i went to TD branch 8995 chinguacousy, near my house to open a new student account. I had an appointment with JASANDEEP MAAN. As im brand new in canada as a student, so i was not aware to any rules or regulations required to open a new account. But that lady told me each and every step and even about the benefits that a student can have by this bank and showed me genuine care, in very polite and sincere way. Her service was 10/10 and i would recommend everyone to go to this branch if u are reading this now. EXCELLENT SERVICE

I went in this branch first time this morning, and experienced one of the worst service with this teller, who seems to be careless as to what is required from her job specifications and failed to complete my request. In the end, I am told to deposit the cheque in ATM by her customer service manager.

There is a reason why this bank is rated 2.5 stars. I have been going to this bank every Thursday for the past three months, I have always waited 20 minutes to deposit a check. This is getting ridiculous. They have like 10 workers there, but only two at the desk to give you a hand. The manager here is horrible, she has no idea what she’s doing. Gave me a hard time when I asked to have a word with her about this nonsense going on. Discrimination and it’s finest. Fire this lady ASAP TD

This is the worst TD branch i have ever visited. Please find another location to bank with. The manager (Harneet) is very rude and she Doesn’t know anything about banking and i am shocked she is shouting on me for no reason. So please don’t use this Branch location if you have self respect there are many other locations in Brampton. Even ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS BRANCH AND MANAGER.

This bank has the worst manager I’ve ever encountered! I voluntarily went to this bank with my mother who is a senior citizen, she needed to withdraw some money and this manager refused to provide service of a teller, and asked us to go a ATM to withdraw the money. But the limit of the ATM withdraw was low and we needed about 5x more than the amount it could withdraw. She refused to provide her teller service, even though there were other tellers available. We left that branch and we went to another one and they happily helped us with everything.

The lady said I couldn't use my health card as ID (my debit card broke, needed a replacement) even though it's on the list of acceptable forms of ID on part A from TD bank. Serious retraining is needed

I redeemed my US$ mutual fund online. Surprisingly I didnt see the money into my account for about 3 days. I called TD customer service and the guy said since I closed my TD US$ account, the fund has not been credited. I was told I should walk in some branch and either open a US$ account or the branch will give me cash for this redemption.
It sounded something strange when I was offered cash for the MF redemption.
Well, I walked into a branch and to my bigger shock, the branch was not really interested to know the purpose of my visit. They outirghtly rejected paying cash but didnt bother to find out who and why the call centre person offered me to collect cash.
Obviously I decided to opt for the 2nd option of opening a US$ account. Even here branch was not really interested and I saw 3 of the officers asking each other to help me open US$ account.
Finally one of the guys opened my US$ account. My wife was sitting besides me and when I asked to add her name also to the account, the TD staff said "no need". He said single US$ account is enough for me to get my funds credited.
The fund still didnt get into my account for another few days. When I called TD customer service, I was told it has to be a joint account of myself and my wife. I had no other option but to visit the branch again and add my wife to the account.
When I didnt see the fund into my account even after few more days, I called TD customer service and I was told that the cheque was mailed out by ordinary post. They didnt use registered post or courier service. The amount involved here was $5000.00
I didnt get my cheque until about 30 days and I was at the bank's mercy to get my own funds.
Its disgusting to mention that TD is loosing its quality standards. On a look-out for another bank.

This is the worst TD bank to bank with as it has very uncooperative and inefficient staff. Please find another location to bank with. I went there because I had an expired credit card. As I was ordering the new credit card, I was asking questions trying to know as much as I can about when I will get the card. Then I see the financial service representative (Indian lady) rolling her eyes up as she talks to me. Rude and disgusting customer service. People smile and act friendly in customer service job, they don't act like jerks as is the case here.

My wife and I went to Open a Joint Account and ended with TD joining my personal account with my wife. We thought we were clear by saying we want to open a joint account not adding my wife to my existing account. So now we need to book an another appointment waste more time and energy to undo their unprofessional work. Too many unqualified people at this bank.

The Worst Branch Ever. The manager is kind of Stupid I would say. Sorry for the language but I don’t know how can she be the Manager if she doesn’t know stuff. I visited the branch and they told me I am pre approved for a Line of Credit. I didn’t even ask for it and they told me I am pre Approved and you should get it. I told them ok if I am pre- approved I will take it. That time she checked my Id and the Financial advisor had my signature for everything thats its pre approved. I am currently on my work permit and I have been using TD bank from 2016. Next day they called me and said my manager saw your profile and my SIN number starts with 9 so we cannot give you the Line of Credit. I mean if the bank has all my details. How can bank give me the pre approval. I also have my friend who works at TD as an FA and he told that if its pre approved it should be fine and they should check everything before they get my Signature for that approval. This is really sad that I need to write this big review but I would say to TD bank that first you should give a proper training to you manager before giving them the position as they have no freaking idea of what the hell they are doing. I never asked them for Line of Credit they told me it was pre approved and later when they changed their mind they again took it back without my permission. That time they didn’t even ask for my signature. Thats not a good move by TD.

I really want to thank Mrs. Rovena Basdeo for Helping me out to apply my LOC Application Smoothliy.
After dealing with other financial advisors for same branch, I was totally turned down by them. They never answered my calls nor replied to my emails about almost 2 weeks. Then I decided to go to the branch and complained to Branch Manager, She was so helpful and listened to my complaint and introduce me to Mrs. Rovena. She was so humble and helpful during all process of my application. I Highly recommended, if you visiting this branch and need any financial advice please ask for Mrs. Rovena Basdeo.

What I was trying to do today was get my RRSP contribution receipt for my upcoming tax return (which I had to actually go to a TD branch for because they apparently haven't discovered how to just get me a PDF online like both other places I deal with.so I was already kind of annoyed at that). Then I get to the bank, stand in line for the teller counter for like 5-10 minutes, only to be told by the teller that for some stupid reason, they can't get me the tax receipt at the teller desk - I have to literally walk across the room to the front desk and stand in a different line (short at least) to talk to the front desk person about it. Then this front desk lady asks for my phone number like 5 different times, keeps typing it wrong, and tells me that I have three extra tax receipts than I told her I was expecting - this being because she didn't understand that I only wanted the receipts for after February 2017, despite me specifically telling her that I only needed the ones for the upcoming filing and the exact amount of the receipt I was looking for. Not to mention that in order to get this document, which has my SIN on it, the only identification that was asked of me was my name and phone number - didn't have to show ID, use my access card or anything.

I will be taking steps to further cancel my business with TD (I have mostly switched already, but this is really pushing me to go further).
