TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I really had an amazing experience with Harsh Bhatt. He was really honest about everything and has provided me with excellent advice and amazing experience.
I was uncertain about certain aspects my finances but after the appointment Mr bhatt assured me that I am in safe hands.

Today we met ms.nancy to open new account for my minor son. She was very helpful, she tried educate him much as she can about banking, she delivered the best customer service. She is very organized,
Associate like.her makes us to feel.that TD is the right bank to deal with.

This branch is so slow. Everytime I come its a 35 minutes beginning to end time investment. No branch manager ever comes close to the Mary Tion days. Please train your staff more and think how you can be more efficient. I have seen the service degrade over the decades. Been in West Rouge since the Canada Trust Lawson days.

Easily the slowest tellers in the area. 5 tellers all going to a main one for advise.looks like a training branch. 15 minutes / transaction is the norm. Have been banking here for 30 years but go to the Liverpool branch 10 km away where service is much better. Only use this branch for green machine

I don't have many words to say, even enough words but I would like to say the representative name Ara was polite and professional, he made my day easy and very knowledgeable and would like to give him 5 stars

Inexperienced advisors don’t know what they’re going, just like all their useless agents on the phone shuffling me around like it’s a game of hot potato, nothing but greed and incompetence, I don’t trust them with my money anymore, complete waste of time

I opened an account at this branch yesterday and it was a very lovely experience. Well detailed information and all my options were laid out to help me make the best decisions. Shout out to the personal banker who attended to me! The manager also came to say hi which I thought was very courteous.

We have an in person appointment to see Ahilan V today, 2/22 10am, this appointment was booked a week ago. When we got there, we waited and no one come to us, we checked around and asked someone in one of the rooms, after a few minutes of checking he informed us the advisor is not there and we have to make another appointment and come back again. I understand, think can change but at least advise your client before the appointment. Most unprofessional when it come to financial advise, tellers are good though.

The lineups at this location are always horrendous no matter what time of day you show up.

Worst customer service. Got an appointment to open RRSP account a week ago. Arrived on time but no representative available?

I have been a customer with TD for over 30 years. Always been very happy with the staff and services. Had a meeting with P. J.about basic investments, a knowledgeable lady kind, patient and explanatory. She recommended to see Andy Ch. ; the Sen. Fin. Advisor.
Don't bother! Slithering fake lill man!
Most dissatisfied experience at this branch.

Visited this TD location last week. We were well taken care by the teller and manager with our concerns.

Highly recommend this location.
