This is the most incompetent TD branch I have ever dealt with.
They held a DRAFT that was deposited to an account that clearly indicates there are to be NO HOLDS!
What level of genius 1) holds a draft, which is like cash; and 2) holds a deposit on an account that clearly states NO HOLDS on deposits?
The repercussions of TD’s INCOMPETENCE affected my company’s payroll. Now we are facing services charges from both ADP and TD. Never mind the stress of employees not getting paid.
Not only was the teller at fault, but he called over a supervisor to authorize the transaction as it was over his limit. So here we have TWO TD employees who collectively could not complete a simple deposit properly. It’s absolutely disgraceful!

Staffs are friendly and helpful, but it would better if they can arrange more tellers on site.

I would give zero star if that’s possible, this TD branch genuinely doesn’t care their customer! For the exact same request, the other branch are happy to help with no problem. But this one just been lazy and not willing to do it.

2023: not anymore, they are lack of knowledge, and claimed that they have done the work for you and turns out it still doesn't work!

Worse experience ever both from a branch and easy line perspective, went to the branch to get a new debit card as the previous one was a cash card as per easy line, ended up getting a new card but it still cannot be used for mobile or ATM deposits, have to go to another branch to sort this out. If I can give a zero star I will

When we can do the same transaction from other branches very smoothly without any issues. However, when we came to this branch, the manager Iris reject doing the same transaction. She only told us to go to the other branches with an aggerate attitude. She doesn't care or treat customer as a value, which is not a good reputation as TD employees.

People are very nice and patient. Financial advisor is very professional, she helped me to choose the investment portfolio, and give advice. Strongly recommended.

Customer service at counter can be slow, even on weekdays. Waiting for an in-person banker or CSR is generally impossible; you have to make an appointment for the most basic interaction, and then it may get moved by TD without notice. When I attempted to close my account, I was given incorrect advice that made it very complicated and very time consuming over several months. Only positive comment: compared to Scot** Bank on the other side of the Markham Square parking lot, TD was a model of efficiency and customer service.

Worst experience ever at TD branch. Don't go this location if have another option!
We went to this branch on September 2, around 5pm. The staff worked at the front dest was rude and careless to their customers. We had couple questions wanted to ask but he just let us stand there for around 5 mins and watched us without offering any helps, no smile bad attitude. Customers shouldn't be treated in this way, so don't go this location!

Extremely poor customer service at the customer service desk. We wanted to close out our account. Gentleman at customer service told us we would not be able to because we there were no available account reps. We went to the TD at Kennedy & Hwy 7. Customer service lady told us we can close the account at the teller. We were in out in a matter of minutes. Guy at Warden & Hwy 7 clearly doesn't know anything and is not good at his job.

Worst TD Canada location ever, had to changed my card that stop working, told me I had to call customer, which to know have take long to wait to hear them tell me this should have been done at the bank. Not going at this branch again. Go to the one on Brimley Rd in Scarborough, the customer service was so nice, it was so easy. Next time I go there if I have any banking to do.

9: 20am on Saturday, not busy in the Branch. All lights were on at the counter but only ONE teller was helping with a customer. It was a few minutes later until another teller came to the counter. When I raised my concern that there was nobody manning the counters, the teller replied that they could not ensure there would always be sufficient people at the counter and suggested that I could always use the ATM if I could not afford the time waiting. When I requested to speak to the Bank Manager, the gentleman said, "'I am the manager". He later gave me a Calling Card of Calvin Huang which shows the word "Manager". Upon scrutiny, it reads Manager of customer satisfaction: (- NOT the manager of Branch!

Horrible advisors at this branch. You schedule an appointment to see them to open up accounts with all documents in hand as per their list, then they tell you they need more documents that are not on the list. I have multiple accounts with TD and dealt with many TD branches in Ontario. This branch is the worst. Unfriendly, unprepared, uninformed.
They have done this twice to me.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again.

Staff are very helpful and always willing to help customers

Advisors are very knowledgeable and responsible for customers, especially when they have real question regarding their day to day finance.

Usually free most of time, staff is helpful with basic stuff like withdrawing money, probably need better training for more things like credit card processing, options and cancellation and activation

I went to this branch to paid a TD visa bill today usually is quick and simple. It was on a Sunday not very busy. The teller who helped me required a manager's initial on the cheque before he can process the payment. The person he approached with all the paper work in his hand said he will came to the teller later to initial the cheque. We waited and waited and waited while he started to help another and total ignored us. Then he went to a different person and I was told there will be a 5days hold on the cheque. I paid this visa account the same way every month. This is the first I heard of such requirement. That was unbelievable. I left and went to a different branch to pay my bill which was quick and simple the way it should be.
