TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Been having an issue with my mortgage for over a month now with no response, i've called, sent emails, no response.very bad experience from both this branch and the Highway 7 Vaughan branch

On Saturday Brandon helped me start opening my joint account! Even though i had no appointment and he was very busy he still took the time to sit down with me and go over the different accounts available, different options on what to open and then walked me through the paper work. He is a very friendly, kind and personable worker and TD bank is lucky to have him! Thank you Brandon!

Had I known this branch had such bad reviews I would nit have wasted my time. Quickest response I received was when I completed their survey with a negative opinion. Wow.plus, assistant manager was useless. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this branch.ever!
