TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Props to Jaismine Sidhu for assisting me in every possible way to meet all my banking needs. She was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Extremely unhappy with the service here, paying for account services that they refused to honour here at this location. I’ve been with TD for over 23 years and will be closing all my accounts and going to a different company for all of my banking needs.

Oyin Fuli-Williams speak politely and explained every offer clearly, she has very good nature

Went in on March 31st to meet with bank rep on a pre planned appointment about an investment account. All went well then we discussed my current mortgage, she said she would call me back once she has an approved rate. Since then I have emailed twice to follow up but as of April 20th I have received no response or promised call back.
At least someone should monitor the emails and reps should be properly trained to follow up with clients. It left a bad experience.

Hasnain Mir was so helpful getting my sister her first credit card. He was able to answer every question we had and made it a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend to come again!

The worst bank location ever, lies to my face about a deposit and decided to do absolutely nothing about it. Only came here because they’re my home location, worst decision ever. Service and management here is the WORST!

Terrible customer service. Don’t ever come to this branch, many more accommodating branches, with much better service.

$500 would break their bank according to the manager of the branch. They thought that making an exception and allowing an extra $500 to be withdrawn would not make the bank survive until the end of the day. After arguing, she decided she would pay if I accept them all in $20 bills and make two different transaction using the ATM machine.

I went to this branch sandalwood and kennedy I try to withdraw money they just put me waiting list and call td line and make me wait 30 min or more the customer service name from this branch jasman and the manager not even friendly service even manager she not well trained first of all they are is no hold in the account.please visit some other td branch I won't recommend this branch

I have travelled to this branch which is my Home bank branch from almost 2 hours away. I was here at 06: 00pm and time turned to 06: 01 when reached to the door and girl didn’t let me enter. I was almost begging to let me deposit 2 important cheques but she didn’t let me enter. I’ve asked to see the manager they had me waiting till 06: 16pm and roodly told me no unfortunately this this this. And I was keep begging to let me deposit my cheques. But the staff was helping other clients inside, they could have deposit my cheques but no.
They made me to think not to come here again BECAUSE I FOUND STAFF HERE ARE NOT HELPFUL TO THEIR CLIENTS.

This place is a little disorganized. There is no real front desk when you walk in if you have an appointment. While I sat and waited for 20 minutes until someone who already noticed me once didn't talk to me until after I sat there for 20 minutes if I had an appointment but when someone else walked in for assistance and didn't have an appointment schedule they got service right away. There needs to be someone paying more attention to the people who have bookings and coordinate & communicate to the other staff who is there to see who.

Idk why they have bad reviews but i think they have exceptional customer service skills. Ryan opened my account and was very friendly and personable, and not just him its all the staff at the bank. I’m delighted by my experience at this place. Keep up the good work guys:)
