A weird TD branch.
Twice had issues here with clerks (one time they requested to me to show them a passport to collect my credit card, even though I had my license on me).
This time the ATM was closed, even though they have 2 ATMs in 2 separate locations around the building
This branch definitely doesn't function properly- AVOID IF YOU CAN!

Bank is normally amazing, the team, the space! Why were the ATM’s inaccessible this morning? The door was locked!

I’ve had an exceptional customer experience with Talib, he gladly answered all of my questions, was patient and took his time to explain me everything. Also offered me some options for savings that interested me. I’m glad I got a help from him. Before that a nice associate wearing hijab helped me with some of my concerns, I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. Overall I had a very pleasant experience in the branch today

Slow, to no customer service. Walked in one morning to book an important phone appointment (since no one was there to help). The rep never called. There are better branches than this.

Worst bank ever. I opened online newcommer account and verified at branch but the account remain inactive. Customer service said visit branch. After few months they deducted the monthly fee and now Customer service is saying visit branch because you don't have a newcommer account. Wow.
I send Global transfer and after 1 month the money return back. TD have send no explanation for that.
