TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Td has the worst system and is the worst bank in the world. If you’re not in the country and you’re logged out. Good luck there’s no other way but you have to fly in for them to verify your account. We’re in 2024 and there still working with old technology. They expect you to fly in to the country just to verify yourself at a branch. Very inconvenient for anyone. I would never recommend td to anyone and is the worst bank in the world. There’s more banks in 3 rd world countries with better technology and systems that can navigate thru situations like this with better treatment and solutions. Be careful and be aware of Td if you consider traveling anywhere. You might as well just pull all your money out before traveling. Unbelievable….

Today was one of a kind. I do appreciate my experience with Mr. Abhijit was very professional and I was informed and it's nice to have such a service from my TD

Stay away from this branch! It's filled with incompetent Assistant Branch Managers, namely Payal & Hassan. They provide contradictory information or lack of common sense to the customer and state "internal policy" when they don't know the answer to something, but can't show the policy when asked to see it. Worst customer service I've ever seen. TD please look into this branch. Managers should be able to show, in writing, when a certain policy exists. If you don't, all you are creating is angst and distrust with your customers. A formal complaint will be lodged.

Worst service ever. Even manager doesn't care.
They don't even know what to do if someone's account gets compromised. No help with anything. I will never refer anyone to TD.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service manager at this bank. When attempting to deposit my check, she refused to let me do so, citing unclear reasons and providing no explanation. Despite trying to reason with them and asking for clarification, the manager remained unhelpful and uncooperative. I was extremely frustrated with the experience and left feeling unheard and unsupported. I would not recommend this branch to anyone based on my experience with their customer service. "
By the way one of the teller told me to go to another branch and they will do it for you
I did that and i got my cheque deposited in less than a minute.
It was saturday and i had no time before the banks are closed and i needed the money.

Worst TD branch ever! They have the ability to help but they just don't want to help you

I has a worst experience at the TD bank today.
A lady her name is Natalia, she was unprofessional. I never ever seen like that in the any bank. I will never ever go to her desk again.

I read the reviews and I was like I better not to go here, but I called to book appointments and try it myself, the lady that I forgot her name was super nice and extremely helpful over the phone, she booked my appointment with Jason…

I went there it was a Clean, Nice and comfortable set up…

Then Jason greet us and honestly speaking he was really ethical, respectful, professional and very helpful.

I felt very comfortable talking with him about my banking and even it was a big storm going on outside nd was late night, he did not rush us at all while I noticed the Manager passed by the office multiple times to give a signal that it is getting late, but still Jason was focused and answered all our questions, got the job done and we went home happy.
