TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This is the most incompetent branch with incompetent staff. They will promise you a mortgage rate and not honour it. The staff are overloaded and can’t handle all their clients. The manager doesn’t ensure that staff workload is handled while they’re out of the office making the client suffer a higher interest rate due to lack of coverage. The ombudsman office was also useless and sided with the branch to get them out of their mess. Always get everything in writing because the staff here don’t keep their word. Better yet, find a more professional bank who value their client.

Make sure you are totally free before going there because there is always a long waiting line of people waiting for their issues to be solved. Disappointing part is there is lots of employees roaming around chatting and having fun with each other but none comes to help you and all this long line have to wait for just one guy who takes turn in solving their issues. While there are lots of employees and chairs available why would they not give a hand in helping rather than roaming around like it is some park?

Told them to change my name on my etransfer as it doesnt match my banking and they said they changed it even though its still not changed. A simple process that any other branch can do and has done for me in the past yet this branch is incapable of a simple task. Made me wait 1 hr and speak to 3 different reps just for them to not even be able to change the name on the etransfer. Dont visit this location.

The worst td brunch I have ever been, every single time 2 counter to serve the people in five is walking around and talking to each other with 20 people waiting in the line！

This branch 45 overlea blvd is the worst td bank in Canada, very rude and ignorant staff esp raman deep, bhumika and branch manager vispi they never help when I went again and again and waited hours with very simple request, they ask questions like are you paki told them I'm fellow indian like them
I have many accounts with td bank and we have been with them for more than 35 years still they treated very unprofessional and rude manner, when I complain they threatened to close my account I'm very paranoid even to go there and telling my family and friends to avoid this particular branch
To td management a coffee with VP and many apologies not going to solve this issue I felt discriminated knowingly and intentionly they deny me services, a firm action should be taken against these individuals so other people do not suffer

Booked an appointment for 10: 30am to see a financial advisor but I had to wait until 11: 30 to see the advisor. The most disorganize branch of TD I have ever visited.

Overall it’s the best one but same problem and complaints from people with no attention to the problem.
There will be tens of customers waiting in line for hours but one or two guys will be serving them with slow speed. If there are 8 windows so there should be at least 6 customers service agents available otherwise remove the windows and reduce them to two. Please people are not free to wait for hours without any reason.

Amazing team at East york town centre TD branch. I would like to extend my special thanks to Raman Gill for his expert advice and regular follow ups. He made the entire process looks smooth and easy. It was my first time home buy and had lots of questions but Mr Raman was very patient and made sure all my questions were properly addressed and answered. Thanks again for the great team.

The most horrible, slow, unappreciative and unprofessional reps. There was such a long lineup yet the 4 reps in the back were just chit chatting rather than jumping on and helping clear the line up. Sincerely hope that the Branch manager takes action towards such unacceptable service.

I've been to this branch time & again and I must say that Ebrahim Quaderi is very humble and talks to the point! Not wasting time, efficient in work and communication as well!

My new Visa card was to be delivered to this branch immediately. I have still not heard from the bank. When I call I don’t get to speak to a human. My trouble wasn’t on their list of choices!
