TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Service is so pathetic. Radhika named women sitting on the counter wasn’t willing to do anything. We got our credit card issued from this branch and pin that we received wasn’t visible in the letter, was told by calling customer care to visit branch with one piece of id and TD credit card. That lady Radhika was not at all interested in working and was showing book to my husband that there are set of rules we have to follow asking for 3 hard copy ids and on the call we were told to just bring one and we were showing the driver license, our paperless bills ones, chain of email from this branch. Very pathetic and disrespectful lady RADHIKA who has no skills of customer service.

I have always had great service by this branch! The actually caught a fraudulent transaction on my account before it went through. They saved me $3000.00! I am forever grateful!

Went into Open an RRSP account and they opened a TFSA by accident but could not increase the overdraft due to the length of time it was going to take and they were going to close. Going to have to go back to close that TFSA.

Try not to leave negative reviews too often but this branch deserves it. I only use TD for money orders and to exchange us money. The two tellers that served me were extremely rude. Would not recommend.

I have been a customer for over 20 years, have never had an NSF cheque. I go to deposit a cheque (less than $5,000) from my husband and they tell me that they have to put a hold on it. I asked that he speak with his manager and ask if it could be waived as I need the funds right away, they refuse to help me, despite that fact that I have never deposited or written an NSF cheque the entire time I have been a customer!

Booked an appointment for 10 am to sign FOUR papers with my grandmother for her account. Got there early at 9: 30 to make sure we weren't late. Accountant didn't start doing anything for us until 10: 13. On top of that it for whatever reason took an hour and a half to sign four pieces of paper that could have taken five minutes. I missed my important 11: 30 bus because Cathy took so long doing her job. Staff might be nice but I value not wasting my time more.

Tried to send a wire transfer, had to wait half an hour and did not happen because the attendant seemed new and undertrained. Manager and other attendees did not show much interest in helping with my transaction.had to leave due to running late. That was my only day off and now I have to wait till next week. Completely unacceptable

Wow, I read most of the reviews and lets face it. NOT GOOD. We have been a long customer to TD and I have a few problems I would like resolved. I am thinking of trying another Bank like the Royal. I do not need headaches. Sounds like the Manager or staff need retraining.

I was dealing with a few managers and they were helpful. I am mainly working with Rebecca and she is amazing.

Unprofessional and rude manager. Not helpful at all. Edit - after reading a bunch of reviews I see I'm not the only person that has had horrible service with this branch and manager. TD should take these reviews into consideration and deal with the obvious problem.
