I have been trying to get help from someone at TD for 6 years. At this point I feel a public post is my only recourse. This branch allowed fraud to occur on my account and have taken no accountability. I have repeatedly been passed off from one department to another. Recently I spoke to a women at the branch who told me she would take my case seriously and would reach out to me within 24 hours. That was 3 months ago and still no word. When attempting to get in touch with someone at the branch I was told to contact customer care. Customer care told me I had to contact my home branch. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from TD and will no longer be banking there. I just wanted to give anyone who is thinking about banking with TD to seriously reconsider.

Best bank branch ever been!

This use to be my favourite branch in the city, friendly, trustworthy and accommodating.in the last three years the staff have all changed and they’re “policies” are counterproductive to any person running a small business. The “manager of customer experience” should find a new career. Horrible experience every visit lately.

This branch use be good I remember that I use drive to this branch to do my banking, but nowdays it’s so slow.

Worst TD branch I’ve ever been to. I was interested in a loan and was assigned an appointment with Sehrish about 5 business days in advance.

The automated reply told me bring two documents. I emailed her a day (business day) before the appointment with said documents to make everything easier for the appointment.

During the appointment (over the phone), she asks me for the documents and i said i emailed them to you yesterday and she was about to say “oh i didn’t check my emails”, then cut herself off lol. As someone who works in an office, I do not understand how you can come to work and not check their email for over a day.

She then repeatedly had to ask her manager and put me on hold for every single minor question I had. For example, “if i were to get a co-signer, would they need to come to the branch with me”. For someone who works at a bank i don’t think the questions i had could have been simpler.

She also failed to give me notice of 3 other documents that I needed to provide. Had she have taken 1% of initiative she would have emailed me of this 5 days prior, when I booked the appointment.

The whole phone call left me a bit uneasy after, as she sounded as though i just woke up from a nap. I wish i recorded the call, as she seemed hilariously bored.

We agreed to an appointment that week on Friday and during this time received wonderful help from the branch at 250 Wincott.

I was going to cancel my follow-up appointment with Sehrish but thought let me see if she even put it in her calendar. Come Friday, I received no calls or emails lol.

The only time I step foot in this branch is to withdraw cash, every other one in the area has far more intelligent and competent employees.

Avoid at all costs. Opened a business account in October and was told all my deposits would be put on hold for 90 days. By December, cheques started clearing with no issues. Out of nowhere on Feb 2, I was told my cheques would be put on hold again without any explanation. The manager Peggy told me that my certified bank draft couldn't be verified because BMO won't contact them back fast enough. Got tired of all the lies and closed my account. I'll just go over to BMO then

Abysmal customer service. Almost an hour wait in line to be told we couldn't withdraw our own money, and had to wait a week to do so

Worst branch in the country. No acknowledgement when you enter. Nobody at the desk. Very difficult tellers. Too bad, under the old manager this was a great branch. It has gone down hill. I now go to another branch and get excellent service. I'll never use this branch again, ever.

I've been a TD customer for a long time and never had a major problem on any other branch even outside Toronto, however this particular branch is really not the place to go if you need more serious bank request. Branch manager (or pretend to be the manager), is a lady (I don't want to put her name here) you never wants to file a complain about. I think she might have someone inside back office that have her supported. In one incident after I had a terrible experience with her I went to Richview branch and asked them to help me file a complain and got call from TD Customer for apology and I thought all was fine until I went back to this branch again and had to request something that she had to sign. She kept me waiting for 45 minutes even after I ask couple of time and then she told me that it is her lunch time, any how at the end she told me that I have to bring 2 pieces of Photo ID which means I had to take my passport with me. Never seen this before in this country and can't imagine a large bank like TD this happens. Shared the experience with couple of neighbour and everyone said same thing about this branch and they said best is to go to Richview plaza branch.

I would not recommend this branch for business banking. They claim to have lost all the documents I had provided and signed for because the advisor who I was working with left the branch without any notice to us. TD didn't transfer the file to another advisor even after we requested them to do so.

I met with Ana about short term financing. Although she couldn’t help me because of the TD protocols and rules, she looked at the issue from all sides and tried everything she could to secure the financing I needed.

I greatly appreciated the effort.
