This worker Mr. Riva got me back my $100 before my haircut that i deposited but the machine ate and you’re literally the best thank you so much i really needed that haircut.

Have time limits on the counter with the tellers! Each customer can NOT take 10 damn minutes over there, yapping away about none sense! You change tellers over there as often as I drink my water. Get your stuff together already. It's time.

If you’re saying that you have ATM there, you should keep your ATM room open, and don’t close it at 6 pm!

Certainly not convenient. The ATM's door is being shut. This situation is inconvenient since you have to organize your entire evening around your work schedule and whether you can reach the bank before it closes to withdraw some money.

I deposited 2 cheques in the bank worth about $7,000 on returning home to check my account, the line for the transaction showed $10,000. This was a $3,000 bank error in my favour. YAY!
Based on the way Banks operate, such errors are almost impossible to track. If I kept my mouth shut - I could have had $3,000 extra spending cash and a whole lot of guilt so I went back to the bank and told them that they had made a mistake.
I made an extra trip to the bank to get them to correct the $3,000 error they made. After the correction, instead of saying "Thank you", I was told, "make sure you do not spend the money". I thought to myself, if I had any intention of spending this money why will I come back to the bank to inform them of the error. The arrogance of the teller was astounding. The teller acted as if he was doing me a favour.
While I am happy that I notified the bank of the error, I am disappointed about the treatment I received in doing so.
My visit to the bank about 2 months ago was not also pleasing. Some people are not to be given positions of power because they will not know how to treat people fairly or take their ego out of the equation.

Went in today to use our safety deposit box and the staff bang the door 3 times meanwhile we were just in their for less than 10 min.
