TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Avoid this TD at all costs. During my wait to see and advisor I overheard one of the tellors went on for 10 minutes talking to someone about their grandchildren and children while theres 5 people in line waiting to be assisted. When I finally saw one of the advisors she was no help at all. She seemed very
inexperienced. I wont be visiting this branch again

I went with appointment. Still waited 30 mins more. Person was still busy finishing up last client. Sent msg twice, was told wait 5 mins more. Totally waste of time.

Trust me I do t want to give any star
As I came today to steeles and mac Laughlin bank to buy USD the cashier she made the mistake by giving me the selling rate instead of buying
Than she went to the manager and spoke to her regarding the rate and they agree on the that they will give me USD on selling rate and I agreed
But later she said she can’t give it to me I said ok so cancel the transaction I don’t want to buy it but she said she cannot cancel the transaction either I have to buy or I will loss the money and she. Was not ready to say how much I gonna loss the money
This is like cheating your own customer
I will be soon closing my account with TD as I haven’t got any good experience with TD at all Scotia and CIBC are much more better bank
Sorry I forget to ask her name but I won’t forget her face in my life she was so rude and not even want me to speek to the manageras she know that I was in rush so she took advantage of that

Busy place but they are handling very well. Well staffed. Loved 2 things - adviser is asking people on queue their purpose to expedite things and the free coffee. They have turned this branch around from what its was before, from horrible to good service. It's Well done and kudos to this branch! I'm pleasantly surprised.

I went to renew my mortgage as it was with TD. Gagan Gill who is an investment consultant was not ready to go in details or give me the basic information, Instead wanted me to sign the application first. I did the application and thereafter he was not polite, unprofessional to speak with customer. I complained to the call centre and the file was transferred to Vinayak and Waseen-Branch Manager was CC. After couple of weeks i get the approval and got much more higher Rate of Interest as compared to other bank. Vinayak (maybe another investment consultant as i had not met him) was very adamant on the rate of interest given. He sounded as if TD Bank was doing a favor to me. He never called back again to do the follow-up. I switched to the competitor with much more better rate of Interest. Not worth going to TD. Closed my checking account, moved my mutual funds and my business account too. THEY DON'T CARE FOR CUSTOMERS / BUSINESS. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
