Amazing experience at this branch. All of the tellers and managers are very co-operative and nice. Specially the manager Asad, he’s always so polite and respectful and goes above and beyond! Absolutely love this branch. Thanks, TD!

Disappointing Experience at TD Branch - Manager Assad
I recently had an unfortunate experience at my long-time bank, TD when I visited the branch to purchase American dollars. Having been a loyal customer for 28 years, I had high expectations for service and support. Regrettably, my encounter with the branch manager, Assad, left me feeling disheartened and undervalued as a customer.
Upon requesting if they could match a specific exchange rate, I was met with an outright refusal from Manager Assad. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of personal engagement. He didn't address me by name or take the time to look at my profile, despite my long history with the bank.
As someone who genuinely wanted to support the local branch and continue doing business with them, this encounter was a stark contrast to my expectations. What made matters worse was the irony of the situation. I decided to visit a different branch of the same bank, just 2 km away, and they were more than willing to match the exchange rate I had inquired about.
The most disheartening aspect of the encounter was Manager Assad's dismissive attitude, openly stating to the teller that they would "lose money" by honoring my request. Such a response is not only unprofessional but also fails to recognize the value of long-standing customer relationships.
In conclusion, my experience with Manager Assad at the TD branch was deeply disappointing and left me questioning the level of professionalism and customer-centricity at this particular branch. As a loyal customer, I believe that every effort should be made to retain business and foster positive relationships. Wow. If zero stars was possible id give the zero. For starters, the waiting time just to talk to a teller was about 20 minutes. The manager was sitting down, the staff was slow, and above all they didnt get what i needed done.
Ive been banking with TD for 15 years and i must say the in person service has gone down tremendously. Staff needs to be trained better, no sense of urgency even with a 10 person line up. And their "policies" make absolute no sense. Do your self a favour and either go to a different branch, bank with a different bank, or call in rather than wait to deal with poorly trained staff.

Banking with TD has really gone down hill at Blossom Park Branch. Banking is based on good customer service +. Not at this branch, customer service is extremely inferior.
