Went to the branch today and was refused service 08/23/23. Told me to go the Branch I normally deal with evenugh I had my client card and all necessary identifiacation. My home branch said they get similar complaints on a regular bases.

This TD branch deserves less than one star! I do not recommend doing business here.
Right from the top (Branch Manager - down to the lower level counter staff) + financial planner exhibited poor customer service and unprofessionalism.
Unfortunately for me, I had several transactions, so I had to interface with more than one individual over several wks. I was shocked at the number of personal questions asked about my family, spouse, where I was going for my vacation, where my daughter was employed!
No smile from anyone (especially the branch Manager). A couple of errors were made on a document and when I asked for them to be corrected, I was told that the onus is on me to ensure accurate information before I leave the bank.

The number of things that you can exclusively do only by going into a bank seems to grow smaller and smaller as time goes by. Given this the excuses to complete my banking in person are increasingly smaller as well. So when I go into a branch and I’m initially told I can’t be helped and need to call a 1-800 number instead I question why I wasted my time to go into a branch to complete my banking! Felt like I was brushed off and had to continue to ask questions to get the help I needed rather than the other way around. Terrible service experiences here to be honest.
