TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Completely unprofessional staff. They threatened to call the police on my 87 year old grandmother. She's been a customer with them for 20 years. Bank anywhere else.

The wait line to speak with a bank teller is long. I have been in line for 15 minutes now with about 25 people waiting. The Peter Street one should open back up on Saturday at least to help avoid these long line-ups and wait times. There is a lot of grumpy people now because of waiting.

Your money is not safe with them if you use their ATM. It is operated by a third party and if technical issues occur, your loss. Your money would be safer in a coffee can buried in your backyard.

This TD location was polite and helpful today when I needed guidance and help. Highly Recommend them.
